I'm giving 5 stars for Lisa, who works in the ladies' clothes section. She is the best. Extremely helpful and very personable. As most know, the store doesn't have enough help. It was especially a mess during the holidays. Lots of people waiting to check out, dressing rooms a disaster, and she kept her smile and friendly demeanor through it all. I saw her a couple of weeks ago and told her I appreciated her efforts. Belk mgmt, I hope you realize her value.

Stopped by here while I was visiting my parents in TN, and there were so many great deals at this store. They have a wide variety of clothing and accessories and you can tell that the employees love their job and care for the store the best they can.
It always makes me very sad to see physical stores with not as many people as back in the day. So please support them.

I was able to get my mom and myself a bunch of nice clothes and shoes.
The makeup and perfume counter had great deals and I was able to pick up some perfume there as well.

The store had a good sell going on at North Gate mall. All of the stores there are closing. I found some good buys at the shoe store there. Love to go to that mall.

This Belk Store has been around for years. They are the only ones of the Big Three Companies that are still around. My neighbor use to work for Belk. I believe she actually retired with 36 years omg. There are not too many long term employees left in retail. It's a hard bid to keep them. Shout-out 🗣 to all of you guys staying around. Well done 👍 However Belk keeps long term employees ! The other ones were Sears , and JCPENNEY'S . Belk outlasted them both respectively. Belk recognized her years of service.. Shout-out 🗣 for recognizing this accomplishment. They have also recognized their customers 😊. This is done with some really good sales, and Great Customers Service. They have some very nice stylish things. You like makeup 💄, name brand clothing, shoes 👠 👟 , cologne, perfume, jewelry 💎. ?? Belk gotcha covered. The beat goes on... You can order some really Cool 😎 stuff on line. If you really want to go all out 😉.They will continue doing what they are doing . Go check ✅ them out at the two locations. You will thank them. They will thank you as well. Morgan at the cosmetic department is amazing In so many ways!! She has changed my outlook of belk. Morgan is attentive, and takes her time to assist and ensure quality customer service. Morgan is knowledgeable of all products, friendly, professional, has a magnetic personality and takes pride in her work. If you go to belk ask for her, you will not be disappointed.

I would like to recognize an employee. Morgan Perez is the Estée Lauder counter manager. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the makeup brands. She takes her time with me and I don’t feel rushed. She has been very helpful in finding the right foundation and color. She is friendly and makes me very important whenever she waits on me. You need more employees like her.

Are usually find what I’m looking for and then some. The employees I’ve dealt with have been very nice and helpful. The sales lately have been wonderful.

I like shopping online and picking up it's easy ! But I noticed on my last pick up that were some awesome items in store that are not listed online .So next time I pick up an online order, I am going to check the store out a bit .Both online and in store have great deals .

I am always amazed at the quality of products and various selections of styles in Belk. The clothes are often a little high but usually offset by the creative and frequent sales (bargains) offered by management. With the holidays upon us; please don't hesitate to pass on the opportunity to also be creative and a frugally minded shopper!

I got an awesome deal today! A set of dishes that was $160 but when I got to the register it was only $45! So I got 2 sets for less than the original price of one! 😍

No empty racks here! Great selection and saved 50% with a digital coupon on the app. Was looking for a particular item and the salesperson who helped me was very kind and patient. I've never been a Belk shopper but they have converted me!!
