This store has an amazing selection of gluten free deserts in their bakery! The strawberry tres leches is my favorite! The customer service is always perfection! They are all so happy and welcoming! They truly care about their customers! It’s also always so clean and organized which is a plus! My day is always made when I come here! I can’t wait to go back!

Love their smoothies and juices. They have a variety of clean and natural products!! Wish we had one back home.

One of our favorite stores. Vegetables and fruits are always fresh and some of them are second to none. The service that people provide as good as it can be. Its been a year and we are continue shopping at this place always getting al the items that are on our list.

Great grocery store! When we moved here from LA, I was disappointed there was no Whole Foods in town, but this does the job perfectly! Their hot bar and bakery items are DELICIOUS! I bring my kids in here frequently to get a treat that I feel better about giving them that isn’t so processed. Love this place!

After a 4yr hiatus, I came back tonight! So pleased and happy! Stopped at the burrito bar and made the absolute best TOFU burrito! Did I mention the salad bar is sooo tasty and fresh! Everything is more than 5stars. Seriously. They let me bring my service dog too! Be blessed and stop here please!

Organic all around, I can get bulk products e.g. ground flax, rices, etc. as we are two seniors and eat small. We shopped and had an amazing ate an excellent lunch 🥗

Great place for natural foods and health products. This used to be our old stomping grounds but today we passed through Temecula to come here and get smoothies. They make excellent smoothies and juices. I would recommend that they soak the dates before blending to avoid chunks. But the chunks reminded me to chew my smoothie to not drink it too fast. I miss this place a lot!

Lots of great gluten free options, vegan too. All beef is grass fed, grass finished. Produce is all organic. Prices reflect the higher standard.

The product I was looking for was easy to find and the cashier greeted me with a smile. I was in and out quickly with the items I purchased.

I love Roots!! I can go at anytime of the day and find something healthy to eat whether that be salad, soup, burrito, exc. I feel like the staff works way harder than other grocery stores. They have an excellent team that's all on the same page.

Wonderful place for people who want fresh, healthy organic products. The employees also are very friendly--especially Seanna and Vivi at the juice counter. They were patient and caring, even helping me sign up for the membership. The cashier at #2 (Tab?) was also kind and upbeat.

This place was amazing, my mother in law and I went on Saturday 4/25 on their opening. The fruit all looked fresh, we were finally able to get flour as it’s sold out everywhere. Frank from the meat department was amazing! He gave such great deals we wound up buying a bunch more than we had planned. Now we won’t have to go out for a while. We got chicken kabobs and there was so much meat on them. It was an amazing deal. They had a great deal on buy 3 get one free so we got 4 chicken and 4 beef and we cooked 2 of each that night and they were amazing! We went with the sauce choices he recommended and we all loved them even my 2 year old. And we still had leftovers for another meal the next night. Our cashier was super sweet, I believe her name was Brenda, I tried to see her name tag but I’m not sure if that was correct. Each employee created us and asked what our names were. It was a great shopping experience. We used to drive into Anaheim hills to go to the mother’s marketplace but this place carries the main things we went there for and it’s cheaper here! So we will now be shopping here! Definitely recommend this place.

Great salad bar, juice bar and deli. They carry Manna Foods essene bread, excellent probiotics, and many other specialty products
that can be difficult to find. Love this store and the staff too.

If Sprouts and Whole Foods had a baby it would be Organic Roots! I really like this store because they have flavors you never see elsewhere! I can find Simple Mills cookies at other stores, but this place has flavors I didn't even know existed! Same with other brands. It is a bit more pricey, but quality food.

I have shopped at this store for years. The store is always clean and beautiful, and the employees are helpful. Over the years, I have become more and more interested in supplements for my health. So, this is my go-to place for those! My daughter is recovering from a concussion and I went to Roots to look for supplements to assist with the healing process. Lisa is the one I look for each time!! She is the very, very best!! So knowledgeable, honest and sincere. You can tell she is passionate about helping others find what will best help them. She is careful to guide you to what will be best for your situation, not just trying to sell you whatever is on the shelf to get a quick sale. I'm so very thankful for her and her advice. She is such an asset to this store!! Thank you, Lisa, for what you do to help your customers! You are a blessing to the community!!

Firstly note that this is an Organic Grocery store, so the shelve prices are higher then regular grocery stores. However, we go specifically to buy at several counters... the great quality of natural grass-fed meats at back butcher counter, the Gluten Free Bakery counter (fabulous deserts) and the Smoothie counter and the hot food/salad bar area. Once in a while we'll buy some dry bulk product, but not often. If you're choosing to eat healthy, this is the place to go...

This is your place for fresh, clean organic produce. Truly amazing how they can consistently provide this kind of quality. The juice bar is busy for good reason, they use what they sell. The coffee/bakery is of the same quality. Do NOT eat the oatmeal cookies! They are mine! For prepared food, the salad bar has a great variety from which you can assemble a fantastic meal. The burrito bar offers very good ingredients with which you customize you own burrito or bowl. Customer service, well, most folks are amazing. A very select few just don't seem to want to be there. I won't let that affect my rating though due to how amazing everyone and everything else is. They are doing it right.

So thankful we have a local organic store. The staff is super friendly and the store is always fully stocked for the holidays. I recently bought some beef tenderloin and the butcher “Nate” was so helpful I’ve been back to pre-order for Christmas dinner. I’m so glad they had the unique salt I needed for making Beef Wellington!
