Nordstrom Rack

It's a pretty good place. On occasion they have phenomenal clearance deals, and I wouldn't miss the opportunity for that. Otherwise, the prices are somewhat reasonable in comparison to similar stores.

Great Sales and all the associates were friendly and willing to help.

This Temecula location had everything, a very large store. Great prices, clean organized. Got what I needed and more. It's better than my Chino, CA location.

Great place to get summer dresses. They have a large variety of clothes and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 15 item limit in fitting room saves a lot of time when trying out clothes.

I love it! Has a nice variety of styles and sizes. Both for men and women. Loved their shoe selection. Boys clothing is limited but has nice quality clothing. Nice selection of quality handbags. I wish they had more high end pieces in every department. In all this was a fun shopping experience.

We always find great deals here. The staff here is also super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for name brand clothing at a fraction of the cost compared to normal retail, this is a great place to look. I discovered you can look on their website if you found a style you like, but they don’t have it in store.

You know I hate having to leave bad reviews of any kind but sometimes enough is enough and quite frankly where I'm from customer service is just all together different in a much more positive manner. Your treated as a guest and that your business is appreciated. I have done my years of customer service and I can tell you every one of my guests left with a smile and felt welcomed and taken care of. Still to this day only its in dentistry. So if I can manage keeping my PATIENTS smiling and happy at a dental appt then there isn't any excuse for it not to be that way everywhere and it should be. I hope that the need for my negative reviews come to an end but it seems that it's the last resort to getting a problem solved after many other attempts. So thank you again for your time. Great customer service! Especially employee named Rain. It was my first time here and she was very helpful throughout my shopping experience. Will definitely be coming back soon!

We always find nice dress slacks for our daughter here. I was a little disappointed on how run down it looked from a year ago. We would have thought so many places would have taken advantage of the epidemic and revamped. Hopefully it gets better before before it gets to much more run down.

The start of the visit was less than the typical Nordstrom (and Rack) experience. I had to interrupt two employees who had their backs turned to the entry so that I could know where to go for a return. This almost got less than a 5 star rating.
But, when I was at the counter the representative was the high caliber I've come to expect. Then I had a subsequent purchase, which the same employee that took my return helped me. Courtesy and help prevailed.

The staff here are very friendly. The store is neat, clean and organized. The people at the dressing rooms were friendly, helpful. Even though the store had closed and we were the las people in lind to pay, the cashiers were smiling and commenting on our purchases with a great attitude. This is a grest place to shop. Kudos to the staff!

Excellent selection of every kind of high end clothing/shoe/handbag option available. Prices are middle to high end but not bad for the brands they carry. They also have an excellent rewards program for Nordstrom card holders.
