However, paying off phones so that we can move to T-Mobile since their pricing is better and new iPhones free. They have over 55 pricing. They'll also reimburse us for the phone payoff to move over. I've tried to appeal to JohnStankey for pricing relief and have been ignored repeatedly.

Many thanks to both Mark and Jimmy at the retail store located in Jubilee Square. I have been in to request assistance a few times over the last year and have always left satisfied, appreciated and more knowledgable regarding my smart phone. Yesterday I came in needing to upgrade my phone, while maintaining my same plan and prepaid status. Mark and Jimmy were awesome with their expertise to help me. Once again, I never felt like I was a bother or had too little tech experience for their ability to take care of my needs. AT&T should be proud of their desire to serve our local community.

Mark, Jimmy, and Jake at the daphne, AL store off I-10/us-90 were amazing! I was driving on a road trip and my phone had water damage. I needed a phone for the road trip and was 6 hours from home with 2 kids. insurance didn't have a phone for same day. They took the time to change my plan and get me a phone to get back on the road! Much appreciated guys! Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!

I was in this store earlier this week and an associate named Robert helped me out; I was having so many issues with my phone not charging properly and he told me all about the iphone's features; I didn't even know my model could wirelessly charge! He got me hooked up with a new wireless charger, and told me to come see him when the 14 releases. I really appreciate all his hard work!

Second time using this store in the last couple months and great help both times. They were all super helpful and patient with a plan change and quickly fixed a camera protector issue this time round.

The service at this store is Great! There are many stores much closer to my home but due to the service that those stores give verses what I received at the Daphne Store I don't mind driving the extra miles to get great service. When you walk in the door they stop and acknowledge you and say we will be with you shortly. Recently the store contacted me to let me know about a new promotion that could save me money. They had already researched my account and could tell me exactly how much I could save with the promotion. I went to the store the next day and they made good on their promise. I love the service at this store!. I drove 51 miles to get to this store verses 30 miles at the closest store to my home. Kyle and Matt are awesome ! Thanks so much!

The gentleman that waited on us was so professional, knowledgeable, patience and extremely polite because what wr need required a long process. That is one of the best experience I ever had with one of your service rep if not the best.

This group of people at the location are incredible! I have had several issues transferring from my old company and they fixed all of my issues. I could not ask for better customer service! I mainly work in Pensacola, FL and it is worth the drive from there to come to this location. This location and what they have done is the only reason I am still an AT&T customer. Anna is an incredible store manager, and I will continue making the drive to do business with her and her incredible team! Thank you so much for all that you have done.

Robert knows his stuff!! If you ever need help or open up another account Robert is the man to help. So very satisfied with his knowledge after we had been driving around all afternoon. He is a breath of fresh air.

I went to this store after reading the reviews on Google and I would have to fully agree 100%. 5 star a across the board! The manager Matt was so helpful, and polite! I have never met a nicer guy as Matt since moving here! I hope this gets him a raise or something because he completely deserves it! I will be back to this store with all of my AT&T needs!! Thank you, Matt!!!

Can’t say enough good things about Mark’s customer service. He took time to get the right answers and to save me money. I wish all customer service people were as helpful as him in this day and age. Great job Mark! You are an asset to the store.

I arrived at this store angry. I was ready to bite someone's head off. Travis, the sales consultant, met me as a came in. And I explained to him, I believe AT&T has been overcharging me on insurance for a year now and needed to go through my bill with him. He turned a bad time into a great time. He corrected my bill and offered me a better deal on data. For the first time ever, I came out of AT&T spending less money and a smile on my face. I highly recommend this store and Travis specifically as your consultant. He does what's right for you and gives AT&T a better reputation.

We recently got iPhones and AT&T TV, and gave up UVERSE. The tv service worked well for a week or so and we started having issues. I called support and talked to ‘Carlos in LA’ for 2 hours. We checked EVERYTHING! Finally he said we needed a new box. Ok. I still could get TV channels but no apps at all and other features didn’t work but I was willing to wait. The new box came Thursday. It would not even synch up with my TV and Internet. I talked with (unpronounceable) for one hour and then a higher level tech “Jimmy” (who did not sound like a Jimmy - there was a dialog problem) but we worked another 1/2 hour and HE said I need a new box because “This can happen.” Fine.
I stopped by the Jubilee AT&T store in Daphne to tell the manager Colton what was happening - not fussing - just an FYI. HERE IS is the GOOD part. Someone with initiative!! Colton was puzzled why I was having such an issue and since I was close by, actually came and took a look at the problem - he determined what was wrong- and made the adjustment!!!! That - AT&T - is called going the extra mile! My husband and I are grateful for his help! My mother, who worked for South Central Bell/AT&T for nearly 30 years would’ve been proud - not surprised, but proud of his actions! She was always so proud of MA BELL! So thank you Colton for your service. In the store when you helped us with our new phones and the extra help with the TVs! You rock!
I will send the non working box and the box that’s enroute back and be happy!

Came in a few weeks back during a visit, needed a new phone as mine was starting to slow down and crash. Matthew was quick to help me make a good decision, and guided me through transferring my data quickly and efficiently to my new phone that I've had for years now. 10/10, would go again if I lived in the area.
