I liked this store. I found some good items, I do wish they had a better mens section. I looked for shirts for my husband, and there wasn't anything that I would buy for him. Maybe a son, but not a husband.

They had everything I wanted. The people were great.

JCPenney beauty was so helpful! I highly recommend! They were so kind and knowledgeable about products and made me feel so welcome!

Staff is friendly and inviting - very helpful. The salon is great. The manager is so knowledgeable she stopped by to make sure I received the everything I asked for. My stylist gave me more than I ever expected and I had complements on my hair everywhere I went.

JCP customer service is so friendly and caring. On December 4, 2022 I went to Central Mall in Port Arthur TX. Dillards prices were huge. I left and went to JCP. The prices are cheap but they had sales plus extra coupons! I want to thank Larry Lucas the store manager for helping me find my son Big and Tall sizes. He also helped me carry out my bags out to my car. Gave me boxes to wrap the shirts in. JCP is my go to place. Thanks everyone. Sharon Rush

I got the wrong item shipped to me from an online order and returned it to my local store. The sales associate was very helpful in resolving the issue. I wish I would have caught her name!

Love it all always have everything I'm looking for have the right size clothes for me the good thing about it I dont have to try them on cause I know they are going to fit and they have nice shoes sale.

I LOVE jcpenny! The prices are AMAZING. Only thing I dont like is it can be a little unorganized. But hey a store will never ne perfect. They have a good plus size section, sephora, lots of dressing rooms. The sales associates are always so helpful and kind.

I had a great experience I wanted my hair dye and I was surprise because I didn't no they have a beauty salon in jcoenny's I enjoy the soft rinse water going through my scalp , I must admit I was nervous & biting my nails because the color turned out looking more Orange than honey bronze and they would not let me get out that chair until I was satisfied they used a lighter to get the color I request on there poster on the wall I pick out nice job well done the price ran 55 dollars cut and style & the smell of the hair products was very pleasant to my since of smell until I picked up the bill very reasonable for all, I have a low hair cut and they have this spray for natural hair it put curls in my natural hair no perms could leave this out of my reveiws

One of my favorites! I hope they never go out of business. If you haven't been there in a while, go by and check it out. Prices and selection of items is fantastic!

This store is very good, if you are not one to waste a lot of money on cloths. Every once and a while this store gives out huge discounts and sometimes even 10 dollar coupons!!
