This is a great bait and tackle shop. They went above and beyond when they re-spooled 2 rods I use for grandkid fishing. Super nice, friendly people who will go the extra mile for the customer. A real wealth of knowledge where there are no dumb questions. A good resource for all levels of fishermen. I highly recommend and will continue buying from them.

Dunmore Bait and Tackle is my go to store for fishing gear. Roy (owner) takes the time to answer questions and always glad to educate about fishing and the different types of lures. He also has used but in great condition spinning reels and bait casting reels at a really good price.

Great Lil store, with loads of items. Made me kinda feel like a child at a theme park. Roy was very friendly and knowledgeable with the various questions I had. Also he didnt pressure to sell me high end items, but more to my budget and necessities. I recommend you stop by and take a look. I promise you won't be disappointed!

What an absolutely great place! Myself and my son had been looking for a new bait store that may have a little bit more supplies for catfishing than other local Knoxville shops. Boy did we find it!!! Dunmore's had even a better selection of some of the catfishing tackle than BassPro(when it comes to trolling for catfish and Foley spoons in my opinion). The gentleman working was extremely friendly and helpful and honestly made us feel like we had been shopping there forever! This place had a super selection of everything, not just catfishing gear. We even learned that they sometimes have frozen skipjack! We even purchased a used UV light to make our Mad Katz poles glow! If you're out in this area you should stop in. Dunmore bait and tackle is exactly what this world is starting to miss out on. With all the big box stores taking over, small private owned tackle shops are nearly gone. Dunmore is great I travel nearly 40 miles one way just to spend my money with them. Always friendly and you actually feel like you are wanted there. Truly recommend this to anyone who is tired of the big box world.

I'm new to the whole fishing life. I'm trying to get to know the sport. Roy and his staff have been amazing in trying to give me all the knowledge I need. Pretty sure I'll be going here after I leave the bank shore. I left today with my new spinners can't wait to show off the fish I catch.

Best Bait and Tackle in Louisville. I come in here just about every other day and I love this shop. The employees here are very helpful and nice. It is definitely worth checking out.

Dunmore Bait is a great place to shop, they carry a large assortment of smaller brands that rival the big national brands in quality. It's always best to support small businesses and this one is one that I have shopped several times.

Great place and great people and a great bass gear selection. Little lite on catfish stuff but supposed to be adding to it. They do have skipjack at the best price around.
