The Big Screen Store

I’m giving the Big Screen Store a 5-star rating. My old Sony TV’s backlight gave up. I did my research and determined I wanted a Samsung. After comparison shopping I honestly didn’t want to order from Amazon or fight crowds at Best Buy (who had good prices). I tried the Big Screen store which was such a pleasant experience. They matched the Best Buy price, it was calm and comfortable.

Jim Maher helped me. No pressure. Gave good advice. I went in on Saturday afternoon and my TV was delivered AND installed on Monday morning (see photo). The installation crew not only mounted my TV and soundbar, but set everything up (including remotes).

This was really good service, from the store to my house. I will use them again.

We have a 77” SAMSUNG Tv and the companion surround sound speaker system that deliver extraordinary picture and sound quality. We purchased these from the BIG SCREEN store in Linthicum, Md (near BWI). We were so pleased that we subsequently purchased a 65” Samsung with just the sound bar for my office. The latter has been solid as a rock, but the former has been a little more unstable, periodically. Our salesman from The big screen store, has been outstanding. The first time, he did a thorough test and assessment of the system and concluded that there was a software or haddware issue with the surround sound system, so SAMSUNG replaced the entire surround sound system. Last week, the surround sound system began acting up again. Wade, our sales guy, came out again twice and on the second trip yesterday, he was able to identify and solve the issue. So, our system is back up and functioning perfectly!
I would recommend the Big Screen store with out reservation, and WADE too. He is the posture child for customer service, And, Wade’s sales manager, JIM, was very supportive and helpful too!

Just left the big screen store in Glen Burnie. The store is actually closed but the salesman Jim Maher came in and sold me exactly what I wanted. He really knows his stuff. His customer service skills are outstanding. Got a great deal on my new Samsung tv. Can’t wait for the installation. Great job Jim!!!

Wade was extremely helpful. Walked me through the process to explain the differences so I could choose the right tv for me. So knowledgeable! No pressure. Great experience.

Came in the other day to the Glen Burnie location looking for a new TV. I was connected with Jim and he was a massive help and a super friendly guy. We had a great conversation and I will be back very soon to buy a TV. 5 stars all around.

went to the store with the expectation of buying a TV to replace one that had just died after 12 years of service (brand is unimportant as 12 years on a TV is a good life expectancy).

After a brief once over of the models on the floor, I explained my situation and what I was looking for in a new TV.

Three models fit what I was looking for, I chose the option that was a middle of the road price, and what I thought was the most bang for my buck.

My 85" Neo QLED 4K TV was on the truck that evening and delivered to my home mid morning the next day on a Saturday. The team un-boxed it, tested it and removed the packaging for me leaving it in the shipping base as I had asked.

Later my son came by and helped me get it up onto the existing TV wall mount.

It was the fastest and easiest TV selection, purchase and delivery I have ever experienced.

Just bought our second tv here and cannot recommend the store enough. The customer service is amazing and Wade was so helpful and knowledgeable. We will continue to shop here!

I didn't know anything about tvs and Jim explained everything. He was very patient even when I asked him to explain things multiple times. I feel like I made a very informed decision when I bought my tv.

Recommend buying the install makes it stress free.

We purchased a 65” Samsung OLED from Wade at the Glen Burnie/BWI location, and purchased on-the-wall installation with hidden wires. The installers did a great job, but when the TV was installed, it was clear something was wrong with it. WiFi connectivity was spotty and the TV would reboot any time I tried to change inputs. I got back in contact with Wade and he immediately took care of the situation, arranging for a new TV to be delivered and installed perfectly again within 36 hours of my contact. We couldn’t be happier with how Wade and the guys at the Big Screen Store treated us throughout the sale and during the replacement process. The new TV is perfect and has zero issues.

Defective products are an unfortunate reality when electronics are as advanced as they’ve become, but what set this place apart is how well they handled the problem. I’d purchase another TV from the Big Screen Store without giving it a second thought. Wade earned me as a customer.

Can't say enough good things about this location. We are so happy we bought our TV from the Big Screen Store in Glen Burnie. Jim was fantastic to speak with. He spent time answering our questions and educating us on the different Samsung models we wanted to see. He showed us the differences between the models, then put together a package on the TV we wanted. The price was cheaper than elsewhere, and they doubled the warranty to 2 years.

The installation guys (Robert and Magic) were really good. They called ahead/early, and they arrived on time. They were very professional and respectful of our home as they installed the TV and ran through the setup.

Our original TV was delivered the next day, but it wouldn't fit where we wanted it mounted. The installation guys contacted Jim that morning to explain the situation and showed up the next day to install another model that would fit.

There's very good communication and coordination between sales and installation services. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a TV, or media room furniture.

We came in looking for a new TV for my Mother. Wade was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to the new TV.

I was interested in buying a TV and had the best experience here. Jim walked me through each TV and explained its features. He pointed out what I should look for in a great TV to help me make an informed decision. I did a bit of research before coming in so when he mentioned everything I already read about, I knew he was being genuine and looking out for my best interest. After purchasing my TV with Jim, I second guessed my decision about the size I purchased. Wade was also very helpful when I called a few days later and was considering changing it. He took his time to talk me through my indecisiveness. I would definitely choose this store for my next purchase and suggest others use it! Friendly, informed, patient people.

The first thing I was looking for was the price, so I had my phone checking the competition. The prices were great and I was able to coordinate delivery for a date of my choosing. The delivery team brought the 85” TV into the room I wanted, unpacked it, plugged it in to make sure everything was in order and took away the packing material. You aren’t going to get that with Amazon!

Jim at the Big Screen Store was excellent. The prices are as low as I could find for the model. Couldn’t be happier.

Wade and Jim in the TV section really know everything there is to know about Samsung. Very knowledgeable and kind. Great prices, next day delivery, and they even covered my sales tax. 10/10 only buying TVs from there now.
