Ralph and Tasha were very great today! It was really some of the best customer service I have received in a while, and they speak both English and Spanish, which made it easier for my kom to understand what was going on. Definitely gonna keep coming back to this store, really recommend you stop by too!

Ralph & Tasha were extremely helpful and informative. They greeted me as soon as I entered the store with a smile. The whole encounter with the both of them felt very genuine & I will definitely be going back to this Metro location.

Came in to pay my bill and a walked out w a new phone line service. Rebeca the retail store manager was awesome and Tasha was our helper, very knowledgable. Thank You ladies for the awesome service. Very recommended place to go for your cell phone needs.

Me and my husband were having issues with with his phone it was such a headache luckily we stopped at this location Rebeca I believe her name tag said store manager she was so friendly and so helpful everything we struggled for days she was able to solve within 5 mins.. you guys are lucky to have her!!!

First time in this store since the one on Veterans closed and relocated to this store. Went in to upgrade my mother's phone. Process was smooth and the woman there was nice and helpful. Will be going back to this store again.

macy always helps me reset my phone and updates they cus I dont know how to do it the other girl is really good as well always a helpful place, will recommend to others.

Everytime I go it never fails this store never has the T-Mobile Tuesday gifts. It’s always a we ran out or we are not giving them away because all items are broken. And I have even gone early in the morning to get the gift and as per rep items were not shipped. Idk if they keep the gifts or just don’t want to give them out. This store is not to go to when your looking for your T-Mobile tuesdays

Poor service..gentlemen refused to help my mother out because he was gonna close soon ..uhhmmm u close at 8 !!NOT AT 7:20..NEVER AGAIN WILL WE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE..JUST SO DAMN UNPROFESSIONAL 😒
