Again I am so impressed by this location. I went in and told Raquel that my phone was acting up. I was thinking of getting a new phone. Raquel looked at my account and advised me of what I could do and I was like let's do it. I am all in. The service was great and I was in and out of the location in no time at all. Raquel understood that all I wanted was a new phone and a screen saver. I got what I wanted and I am so happy with my new phone.

Great visit! Dianeliz was awesome! She was very helpful, friendly, and patient. She explained all of our options and made sure we understood each so that we could make the best decision in purchasing new phones. She was extremely patient with transferring over our old phone information as well and made it much easier than if we had done it ourselves. Highly recommend!

I took my sister to this store since we had lunch near by. Raquel was able to help out with my sister's account that had been set up by her late husband and answer several questions about the phone itself. Both Raquel and her manager took the time to make this visit successful and we would recommend this location to everyone.

Raquel and the store manager were great! Was able to use my public safety discount and port over 5 lines for minimal out the door. They worked with us to get the lowest monthly rate and out the door price which ended up being lower than quoted. It took a little over 2 hours to port over but the whole floor staff is nice to be around and professional. Didn’t mind how long it took (I knew it would take awhile changing providers and porting 5 lines).

My selection of T-Mobile as my communication service provider has been the best decision I've made. The staff at the East Tucson office are smart, cordial and marvelously good communicators. Rosalina Rincon has been really remarkable and has handled transfers from other providers, cell booster support and phone service upgrades with ease. She is destined for bigger things and I would give her a 10+ on any survey.

The store by Old Vail Rd gave me such good service! I needed help with my cracked phone, Dianeliz upgraded my phone and kept me at the same months price! The whole staff was very friendly including the manager Daniel, Rosalina, Mayra and Raquel, I will definitely come back here thanks guys!!!!!

Mayra was very helpful and nice and most of all entertaning i usually don't like waiting when getting a new phone and getting My stuff transfered but she kept good convo and Made My whole experience enjoyable. The Best part Is that she Spoke spanish and accomendated to My native language.

I've been putting off for a while changing phone companies because I have been traumatized in the past feeling overwhelmed, ignored, or rushed through a process it wasn't clear I understood. But T-mobile had some pretty good deals and I for several reasons I was not satisfied with my previous phone company. Brandon, the store manage, was amazing, walking us through the entire process, explaining everything fully and answering our questions patiently. The whole experience was extremely positive and I left there very impressed--and a T-mobile customer.

The location on Old Vail Road. Brandon the Manager of the location is the perfect person for the job. On 6/27/2023 I was trying to change to a different company and when my phone stopped working I flipped out. I called the the help desk and was on the phone for 2 hours at home and was hung up on 3 times.
At this point I was done with the situation. I need a working phone this is how i do business.

I got to the store and one associate did not understand what I was needing. So she brought in the store manager Brandon. As folks came and gone though out the time I was there. 5.5 hours Brandon, Jose, and Jennifer where there helping me get a old of this other company. I was able to get my phone back to T-mobile with no charge and it did take time. But it was not T-mobile fault it was all this other company for putting me on hold and not answering the phone for 5 hours.

If it was not for this location I would have tossed my phone and went and got another one. I will always go to this location for making me comfortable and welcomed. Thank you Team.
