I had a great experience with Joey. He helped my granddaughter get a new phone for her birthday and he got me a new one with a great promotion. And I was able to get a new tablet and internet. He helped set everything up and got us a great deal. Highly recommend.

This single Verizon store is the absolute best. I purposely wait until I come back to the Rockford area to get my phone matters settled because of this team. Huge shout out to Airmis (I hope I spelled your name right my friend, apologies if I messed that up) and KJ. So transparent and the easiest people to work with. KJ actually stayed past his clock out time to help my family upgrade their plan to help them save money. Absolute. Class. Act of a branch.

Came in today to the perryville Verizon after a bad experience at the e state location and I am so glad I did. I needed to get my new device activated and all my old stuff transferred over, and Jon R helped me immediately. This location also has a lot of inventory, whereas state street did not.

Great service! Same deals as corporate Verizon store, but 100% more helpful, and didn't try to get me to sign up for a lot of things I didn't need. Transfered all music, pics, contacts, and apps perfectly. The only place to go!

Best Verizon store

Go to this location! Way more helpful than the corporate store on east state. I was able to switch three lines over from Us cellular and get the $25/line promotional rates. They helped me get it all done in one day. East state location salesman gave me inaccurate information and seemed to be in a rush even though it was an empty store. I am glad I went to the authorized dealer and am really happy with my new plan, and the level of clarity from the sales staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Trinity McClenthen is the pinnacle of what Verizon customer service should be. Go see her. She'll treat you right. She's very personable, she's fast, efficient, and she does it right the first time. She resolved my issue in under five minutes. I was incredibly pleased with my experience, and she WILL be my go-to person at Verizon for as long as she works there.

Kwamé was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest AND saved me money on my bill. Even with a lower bill, I walked out with two iPhone 14 Pros and two Apple Watches. (Yes, I know I’m still paying for them) He offered follow up support and made sure my phone was 100% set up and ready to go before I left. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was.

Hands down the best experience I have had with Verizon yet, all thanks to our rep KJ! Aside from being very personable and enjoyable to talk to, his knowledge of the product and care for the customer cost and experience was evident. He saved us well over $2800 on 4 new iPhone 14s with the Mother's Day promotion. A week later, my mom dropped her phone, cracking her new screen protector and KJ fixed her right up, free of charge. I know I speak for my whole family in that we will be returning to this location for all of our future phone needs. Easy review -- head to the perryville verizon and ask for KJ!

I recently bought a new phone from the Perryville location and had a great experience while working with Kwamé. He was quick to answer any questions I had and made setting my new phone up a breeze. I will be going back to buy things from him in the future and be recommending him to all my friends.
