A gem of Rockford, the owner (son of previous owner) is such a genuine business man. If you enter the store and there is no one else he will often walk over and ask if you are looking for anything and make GREAT suggestions. It’s crazy how much knowledge he has on all these products. A guy that takes his business and service with pride and that’s so hard to find anymore.

What a beautiful experience ! I went in looking for a nice red to go with a great antipasto they where so unbelievably friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable they made it a low pressure and extremely pleasant visit I can't wait to go back and try more

Locally owned store that pays back to the community through their various tasting events, where your price of admission goes directly to local charities. Between Aaron, Anthony & Zack, the breadth of their product knowledge is outstanding.

Artale Wine Co. is a true local gem. They have not only the best selection of wine, beer, and spirits BUT have the best customer service to boot. They are always incredibly helpful and make sure you leave 100% satisfied. We cannot recommend them enough!

The team at Artale is the best of the best. They have a wide range of price points and are always willing to help you find the perfect bottle of wine for any occasion. They also have a great selection of craft beer and other liquor. Don’t forget to grab some “Creamy, Sexy Blue” cheese from their fridge too.

Great wine selection! The owner and his sons and family are very educated and can give you great advice from paring wines with food or just for casual sipping. Never a disappointment everytime I go!

If you are looking for good wine or good beer but have questions about any of it, this is your place to go. The guys here are fantastic and are very knowledgeable. Stop in, get a great bottle of wine, and some quality cheese too.

Did a whiskey tasting which was great fun and good learning! Selection of all types of spirits was impressive!

I came here to find a specific bottle of bourbon. The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a great selection of wines and spirits including some brands you don't see other places. This is definitely worth stopping by to check out their selection and talking to their staff about what you are looking for.

For as small a place as this is, the selection of wine and spirits is quite good. The store attendant is extremely knowledgeable regarding the beer selection. I haven't had occasion to buy Scotch here yet, so I couldn't speak to their knowledge of the subject, but that will likely change. The selection wasn't huge but they do have several top shelf bottles for way more $$ than I could afford. I come here when I'm looking for something *special* or different.

Amazing beer and liquor selection, with an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to help anyone who walks in the door. Always up to date with the latest alcohol trends and willing to listen to customer feedback or suggestions.

Also great for ordering large amounts of alcohol for parties and events. They sell kegs, which has been so much more affordable and pleasant for us at home.

Went here to buy my Proper "fooking" 12 whiskey, I was not disappointed. This store has a huge selection of different liquors, wines, and beers. I was also impressed with the prices. Most small liquor stores feel overpriced, this was not. My whiskey was the same price as any large retailer. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop here in the future!

The gentleman inside was so welcoming and helpful! I ordered a case of wine and he even carried it to my car for me! Not to mention, the wine I ordered was not in store and they got it for me! Excellent service. Exceptional care to even the smallest details. Incredibly impressed. My new favorite place to come shopping for wine. ❤

Artale is the best place in town to get wine, fine spirits, and craft beer. They are my go to stop and love going there just to see the new stuff they get in. Artale is a treasure of a shop usually only found in big cities.
