Party City

Haven't been in a long time, but I'm glad I decided to check it out for a milestone birthday party decorations. Had everything you could think of for all kinds of occasions at good prices.. We'll worth just stopping by when you have some free time.

Purchased party supplies for a child's Birthday party. Party City has a wide variety of different themes you can purchase for any occasion. Friendly and helpful we loved the balloons they arranged for us.

A nice place with some cool stuff for your party. Decent Halloween costumes for children and adults.

Great work, friendly service, I just wish they would have had more of what I was looking for.

This party city is exceptional, I went and picked up balloons for my friend. I drove for about 5 minutes before both balloons burst. I turned around, took them back and the lady exchanged them and put them in a bag so it wouldn't happen again. Good customer service.

I came in for balloons and I was in and out quickly! Staff was great!

All costumes are pictured along the wall. A store clerk orders the costume you want. There is a place to pick it up and a place to try it on. There are coupons available on retail me not.

Love the new store, it's only a tiny bit further away from me, but it's double the size, & had a huge selection of items. Also the floor staff was extremely nice & helpful. The cashier I had needed 2 work on her social skills, she wasn't rude, but not nice either.

Love this place. They always have helium tanks in stock and even themed decorations.

This is a fun place to visit. Especially around Halloween. The costumes are organized so it's not one large mess of things people have picked through. You find the costume by age/gender from a picture on the wall, and give the assigned item number to a store associate. They get the costume for you, which can be tried on in the changing room. They have lots of fun party items, and you can walk in with no idea what you are looking for, and find many things you want to leave with. Fun masks for Halloween, and good prices overall.

very nice store a lot in there for parties. But in my town there are very many golf courses and I could not find one thing to decorate for a golf themed party. I had to go online and order stuff and when it came some of it was wrong. Couldn't believe it in this town like I said with all of the golf courses here no golf themed decorations.

Love this place. Big selection. Awesome help with what we were looking for. Items we ordered online were ready when arrived. Thank you ladies for your friendly smiles.

Thanks to Ashley, for helping us out so graciously with an issue we had with a product from another party city! No jumping through hoops, she just took care of it. Rockford Party City is the best!

Staff was great. Had a big party and they offered great suggestions for our balloons. They delivered them and was on time they said it would be.

party city did an outstanding job of filling up and putting together our balloon bouquets for my daughter's baby shower today. they really were the star of all the decorations.the people[cindy,and the balloon girl] were very friendly and helpful. will definitly use them again! thank, girls!!

My 5 year old daughter's birthday was a success because I found exactly what I was looking for. Easy to find the theme she wanted and held up during an outdoor party. Thank you Party City!

I LOVE picking up random costume pieces for an on-going game of musical clothes (pass the bag of costume pieces around while the music plays, grab something out to put on when the music stops). Our family has done this for years and some of our favorite wigs, hats, and accessories come from PARTY CITY!!!

A great guest experience, was treated well and helped out by the store team members. Would definitely come back to this Party City!

Welcome to the party!!

Wow! What a change. Be prepared to be bombarded by color! You can see everything available in a color while standing in one spot. No more searching for cops, then plates, then silverware. Great concept.
