Awesome store great staff very helpful

Great GameStop. They had one worker that was super friendly today, helped me get what I needed and he didn't seem to be on "autopilot". He genuinely enjoyed what he was doing. My receipt says his name is Brandon. He's the reason I gave 5 stars.

Lotus was very helpful. They were friendly and they discussed alternatives when what I was looking for wasn't in stock.

I'm a big fan of this store. Girl working the counter was a very hard worker. Balancing checking people out, with answering phone, and receiving inventory and did it without losing her composure. Great location as well.

Games top is one of my favorite store to go. Customer service is great and it's just a great place to shop

The staff is very friendly and polite. They give you the feeling that anyone is welcomed. They are very helpful and knowledgeable on there product. I really love it there, plus they are really understanding.

I have noticed the change in staff as well. Most of the people here are very mean, but there is one girl that works here that is probably one of the best workers I've ever met in gaming! Called in my nintendo 3ds all the way from a northern kentucky store and put it on hold for 3 days once it had arrived. Great worker! BUT she has to be the only nice one there

There is one man who works here who is a little too nice, he won't insult games, or people, or even other game retail companies. 10 out of 10, will definitely keep visiting the store in the future.

Nice Employees, Took 3 Days For My Game To Arrive But I Found It At Lexington For A Lower Price, But It Was Pre Owned But Was Clean And Working. The Game I Got Was Prototype For Ps3, Then A Week Later, I Bought Modern Warfare 2 For Ps3 And It Worked. I Am Prestige 1, Level 21. Thanks GameStop! :D
