Jewel-Osco Pharmacy

I’ve been having insurance issues and neither the cvs or Walgreens in the area was able to help me. I tried this osco and they fixed the problem within the hour and the wait time to talk on the phone was SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than both cvs and Walgreens. I could not be happier with the customer service.

Fantastic! I came here late last night to pick up a prescription after an ER visit (this was literally the only pharmacy in the 50 mile radius of me that was open 24/hr and on LABOR DAY) and the gentleman helping me, Tom I believe was his name, was so nice and quick. My prescription was ready in less than 10 minutes of pulling up through the drive through. Simple, easy and great! Would recommend!

The pharmacy staff at the Jewel-Osco in Westmont are good at their job. I have never had a problem with getting prescriptions filled here. Even during busy hours I've always had great a customer service experience here.

Best pharmacy in the area. Open 24 hours, attentive, always staffed well.

I would like to recognize the pharmacist at the Osco in Westmont. His name is Christopher and he was the most professional and pleasant person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was efficient and just a great guy! He got our prescription filled in record time and gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time! He is an extremely great asset to Osco and should be recognized for his fantastic customer service. I’m not sure of the name of the other pharmacist there….I think it as Will who also was extremely pleasant and very helpful! Thanks you guys for great customer service!

Open 24 hours even on some holidays. Highly recommend.

The deli has the smallest pieces of fried chicken, especially the legs, wings and thighs. Instead of giving you an eight piece they need to offer you a ten piece when the pieces are so small.

Ordered 8 piece and the mrs. Ed gave me the smallest pieces of chicken ever!! Whole tray in front for her and she literately picked out the smallest pieces smh. It’s not even on sale! Your suppose to mix small ones with big ones!

This pharmacy has gone down hill fast. You drop off a RX they say it will be ready in 45 minutes you come back 2 hours later and it's still not ready. This happened recently twice now. Don't over promise and continue to under deliver, just say it will take 4 hours when you drop off a RX. Doing business in their drive up window is ridiculously slow.
