I went there today and received amazing service from Frankie! Such a great team player and was able to help resolve my issue with my Vape and he knew what the problem was right away! I came in sad and disappointed, I left a very happy and satisfied customer! Last week he helped me pick out my 1st Vape, so i can stop smoking cigs! This week I came in and was happy it was him again! Thanks so much Frankie!!! You sure know your Vapes.

Absolutely amazing experience. Tony was a huge help. He answered all my questions and took my vaping to a whole new level. He helped me find a vaporizer perfectly suited for me. The store itself has great set-up. It was very clean and the products are displayed optimally. To say the prices are fair would be an understatement. I've looked around and haven't found anything close. My deepest gratitude to the vape zone and a special thanks to Tony. Appreciate you guys.

Had to make a quick stop for some nic salt and charger. The charger I purchased was DOA. The owner was kind enough to swap it out for a better charger at not additional cost. Also, try the Grappleberry!

This is by far the best vape shop in the area. Awesome selection, great prices and super helpful employees, especially Frank. He can always recommend something for me and I've never been disappointed. I won't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend this shop for anybody that is into vaping. As an experienced vaper (about 4 years) I can honestly say that the staff and selection of vape juices and mods/accessories are top notch. The prices are competitive with some online retailers and I am happy to be able to afford to shop locally again for my juices!
Tony is extremely helpful when it comes to picking out juices. He asks pertinent questions and hasn't let me down yet with multiple recommendations. Though juices are susceptible to taste, everything that I've tried has been what he said it would be. Thanks for the great experiences I've had in your shop Tony.

I love this shop. I go here for all of my vaping needs. They have a super wide variety of juice and vape hardware, and Frank is hands down by far the best vape shop employee I've ever dealt with, the guy is always super talkative, knowledgeable and helpful.

I couldn't ask for a better shop to spend my time and money at.

The guy here is the most knowledgeable I've ran into at a shop when it comes to salt vapes, so he knows his stuff for sure. And prices are the usual here

Shop is very clean and friendly very wide open space to walk around and check merchandise Juice selection is top notch Has all the normal Chicago vape shop brands, Plus a bunch of others I usually only see online. Staff greeted me right away and showed all the different hardware sections that were divided by glass cases. Located on ogden in westmont its more convenient to go to Then the alternative westmont tabbacco down the road, if your in any western suburb i highly recommend stopping in.

Frankie is very pleasant and friendly! He greeted me when I walked in, he asked if I needed help made small talk as he rang up my purchase.
