Jewel-Osco

I had a last minute problem with the flowers I had ordered for a baby shower in Kenosha. My daughter in law lives near here and told me they have great flowers. They saved the day and sprayed flowers blue for me so we could stay on theme. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The compliments I got about these flowers were more than I have ever received. The flowers were so fresh and the price was so reasonable too!!

When I first came to this Osco it seemed that it wasn't friendly. But after I actually used it it's one of the nicest promises I've been to in a long time. They were able to get me my medication within a relatively normal time and they answer their phone within a minute but I could tell you is a big deal..

I called to buy the large swinging love seat displayed in Osco. Not only did 3 employees help me with this purchase (the item was in a Large box and very heavy), but Felix picked it up and put in my van for me. Later after removing all the parts of the swing and putting together I realized I was missing the part that covers the top of the swing. I drove back to Osco and they gave me the part of the display model. Everyone was helpful and very understanding.

My main grocery stop! Usually stocked well stocked. Occasionally the produce section is a bit picked over in the afternoon, but I always see people there to replenish. I use the app and love finding extra ways to save $

Love Jewl and is on. Produce is the best around and the pharmacy has the best staff out of all pharmacies

Huge store with a lot of items that you can't find at other Jewel stores. Very clean and bright. Also a great helpful staff. Plenty of parking with easy in and out to a big street. If you are in the area take some time and stop in.

Helpful, and conspicuously clean. Noticed especially during the pandemic - they work hard to make shopping safe and organized. Great Pharmacy staff too.

The jewel-osco staff went above and beyond today! I couldn't find a bag of shredded cabbage, so i told the cashier during checkout and she did everything possible to get it for me.

This is very clean store. All the staff is friendly. I've been shopping here for years and it's my favorite Jewel in the North shore area.

Stocked with all the groceries you could want, this supermarket is also very reasonably priced. The staff are super helpful if you can’t find what you need.

Jewel has done an excellent job of making it easy to order online and pickup outside the store. They should be commended for helping us to minimize our exposure to the virus.

This store in mundelein is closer to my house and love to go and do the grocery customer service is awesome and especially the store managers or shift leaders whatever you call they are the best helping you right over there before you leave the door so I strongly tell all my fellow friends and neighborhood people that this mundelein Jewel-Osco or Libertyville one the best stores to go and do your grocery or whatever you looking for go at these locations and find out yourself how good they are

Always open when I need it to be. Spacious for COVID wary folks like myself. Super helpful staff that is there to rescue you if you have trouble with self checkout. Only minor thing is difficulty finding nestle cream.

Shopping at Jewel is as pleasant an experience as you can expect... employees are helpful and I always find what I'm looking for.

My family has been going to Jewel-Osco in Libertyville for 35 some years ever since parkway foods went out of business. Even though Libertyville has many very nice grocery stores we seem to always come back to Jewel-Osco on Milwaukee Avenue.

The Jewel-Osco here in Libertyville has been around here for as long as I can remember, the store is not as large as it should be as it is a older store that has been kept up to date and clean. Jewel-Osco always have great sales and most importantly have really great friendly staff that are so experienced with the store as some have been working here as long as the store as been opened for to say how great the store is and how important it is to the people and to the town of Libertyville.

It's Christmas every grocery store is a hot mess grumpy shoppers, items out of stock. The five stars are for the store employees somehow they keep smiling, despite everything.

I did a pick up order and it was absolutely wonderful.. many stores was you to send a tip and jump through hoops.. went flawless.. thank you jewel osco.

Great. People are so nice and helpful. Lots of really good pre prep food. Chicken is so fresh from the deli.
