I purchased a desk ,file cabinet and hanging folders after looking in store and on the phone with my adult children who went to the store to tell what was available , since I live 70 miles from the Ammon store . long story short , Jeff The GM and all staff on the phone for several phone calls were super helpful . one desk was on for sale for 20$ less than the online price and Jeff gave me the number to staples .com which quickly without questions credited the $20 back to me . they had everything pulled and ready fast and when My adult children came back from a quick lunch the items were ready and the loading process was quick and easy... THANK YOU for all of the customer service that is hard to find in most places today...

I have trusted the technical support team at Staples for many years. They offer a service of knowledge and experience and I trust them to be the subject matter expert when it comes to computers. The individuals in the Idaho Falls/Ammon, ID store have always given good advice in the past and some of the same people remain working at the store. I hope that shows that Staples as a company is good to their employees.
I would recommend Staples in Idaho Falls /Ammon, Idaho to anyone purchasing a computer and requiring questions to be answered and technical support in the future on products purchased.

I’ve printed here a couple of times and I just need to say that Lydia has gone above and beyond for my printing jobs! Their print shop does a great job and they have wonderful customer service. Will definitely continue to use them.

Went into the store yesterday looking for a business check binder. I looked and looked and then I was approached by Jeff asking me if I needed help finding something, I told him what I needed, and he said that they hadn't had business check holders in a couple of years but would be more than happy to order one for me. He checked and found one that was absolutely beautiful for more money that I was willing to spend. He then found another one that was cheaper in price and quality, which I was inclined to order. Jeff told me that he was willing to price match the binder and get me the better quality one. I was floored that he had offered this, at no point did I complain or pressed him for anything, he was already being more helpful than I had expected so Jeff doing this was going above and beyond his duties. In this day and age where "Let me speak to the manager" has become a threat more people are using unnecessarily, having met Jeff and his level of customer service completely made my day. We need more Jeff's in this world.

I have recently started a business in June, 2021 and have been using Staples for all of my printing needs- from business cards to signs, banners, posters, everything and anything! I usually order online for same-day pickup and they have always been pretty quick at getting everything done in a timely manner. There was maybe once that it took a few extra days, but they called me right away to let me know (I usually don't need it that soon, it's just convenient not to wait too long).
The last 2 times that I ordered online, I needed an adjustment, so I called them to add or change something, and they did it with ease. Thank you Staples in Ammon, you are so appreciated!

Great store. I love this staples store Jeff the manager is an amazing guy he and his staff will bend over backwards to help you with anything they can. They even price match to Amazon prices it has saved me hundreds of dollars and days of time. I will keep on shopping with this store. Also being a business owner needing shipping supplies they have an amazing shipping section with boxes, tape and everything you would need to ship anything large and small. Also I never knew they had such good prices on items it astounded me.

I sent my programs for my daughter's baptism from the site. The woman in their print center was amazing! She called me to make sure she understood my desires completely and even fixed a few of my mistakes before printing. It was obvious that she was very careful in the work she did.

I Love Going to Staples for my copy needs. They are always so helpful, even when they are busy. The copies always turn out great and decent prices. It always saves my bacon when my printer is being difficult and I can count on them to get my order done quickly.

Great place to buy things and other things

We will be coming here for our trips for supplies from now on.

On 5.12.2018 around 4pm, I picked out $168 worth of merchandise for my school. I was using my school credit card and at check out, the card wouldn't go through. We tried two front registers. Then they took me back to the computer service register to try my card there, it failed They had a similar problem earlier in the week and were on the phone with corporate (who couldn't answer) trying to problem solve. After 3 rescans, 8+ card tries, and the manager buying two water bottles on his own card to see if it was a debit/credit problem, they suggested I called my business card holder bank. The bank wasn't helpful, but reminded me that I had a credit limit, even if I had more money than the limit in the bank. So, we take it down to below the limit to try to do two transactions. The first transaction finally went through! The second one didn't, and I learned right there I have a credit limit and it is per day, not per transaction.

So for all of this being my school district's credit limit fault in the first place, they still gave me a $20 coupon for when they thought it was their computer issue and had several troubleshooters trying to suggest solutions and helping me with my purchase.

Ashley in the printing section was so incredibly helpful, while I waited in line I watched her multitask and help various people without ever taking attention away from her main customer. Honestly 10/10

I don't think the guy on the floor was very knowledgeable; I think it is best to know what you are looking for before coming to the store. They had what I wanted and I gave extra points for the wonderful cashier.

Week later: I am giving Staples five stars. Heather greeted me as I came in the store and directed me to where I wanted to go. She openned a second register for me so that I would not have to wait when checking out.

I have completely taken my business from Alphagraphics to Staples now. There is a wonderful printing/marketing employee named Brie who is absolutely amazing here at staples. She works until 9pm which is sooooo convenient for me and I swear her motto must be - walk an extra mile for the customer! She goes above and beyond to meet my personal and business print needs! I appreciate her patience with me and how easy she makes printing for me! I give her 10 stars as an employee and am grateful for people like her who can absolutely make my day with paying attention to detail and making kind and professional behavior seem effortless.

Went in to buy a printer. My goal was to go in get it and leave without talking to anyone. I am glad things didn't happen that way. Lee came to help and was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Did not pressure me into buying anything. Let it be my decision. He is WONDERFUL. Thank You

Our 7+ year old HP PC went to black screen. We brought it into Staples to see if anything was worth reviving. It was not. We had to buy a complete new desktop PC (for 79 year old who doesn't care for laptops). We were greatly helped in this process by Jeff, Randy and Rob. Not only did we need a new rig, we also had to recover the data from the old hard drive. Randy got pretty much all of the important things. YAY!!! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us lots of tips to keep the new computer safe. Even though the store is across town from where we live, we will not hesitate to return to Staples Tech Help desk whenever we have an errant device. THANK YOU for excellent customer service. I would have left this review on their Medallia website, but my Norton protected browser advised me not to do so as hackers might be lurking there. My hubby is happy with his new equipment.

Great help. I had a huge copying job at the copier. I neglected to get the girl's name, but she was amazing. Totally helped me do it til it was done. Bless her heart.
I'll go there for all my copier needs from now on.

So, I was having a number of copies made for a set of house plans. Initially, I went to Office max who quoted me like $285 for the job. I said I might look around cuz that was wack. So, I went to Staples, who didn't see it as some complicated job that would take 4 days, and with $40, an hour of wait time I had my house plans. And by the way, those plans got approved; so there, take that office max. At any rate, I love you Staples, and I'll never cheat on you with Office max again. Unless it's like way more convenient. Like if I'm in a city where there are no Staples , I'm just not gonna be driving 30+ miles just to go to staples. It's not that I don't want to, it's just that I'm super busy and I just don't have that kind of time. Also, isn't it really up to you to make me want you?? Well lets just say this copying incident has come close to winning me over.

We were helped fairly quickly in getting a printer and all the things that go with it. The employee that helped was very easy to talk to and work with.
