The UPS Store

The manager is the nicest I have ever met. I drive past other stores to come to this one. His level of customer service is top notch and he is really here to serve. I needed this level of kindness. He went above and beyond!! Thank you!

It’s located inside the marathon gas station very friendly staff customer service is amazing they go above and beyond for every single customer! Very helpful in every way! Location is perfect for people traveling it’s about 3 minutes away from the airport and also the closest location for all the neighborhoods that are near by very convenient notary’s there during all hours of operation! Never a wait . Highly recommend!

Amazing custimer service! Very personable and took the time to make sure our prints turned out perfect. Prince was great to work with and very professional. I will return for prints again.

Store is opened just visit today

I arrived to the store 40mins after they opened and no one was there! I waited for over 30mins and no staff member ever came back. The store was supposed to be opened 12-5pm and no one was there at 12:40pm. The marathon employee said he didn’t know where the worker was and his car was gone. He asked me to wait 10-15min. I waited over 30min and no one ever came back.

Terrible experience for my 1st time at this new store location.
