Food Lion

This store is so clean! The shelves were well stocked, organized and plentiful in choice. I was very impressed with the store, offerings and prices. They have weekly specials and an app to deliver them to the customer.

I wish we had a good lion in El Paso where we were visiting from.

Not very busy. Friendly staff. I just moved to the area, so it was nice to have something familiar.

Just like other Food Lion stores this one isn’t fancy but its clean, well stocked and never crowded. Even before the remodel a year or two. I thought they were clean. Food Lion isn’t where I do most of my shopping at but this location is close to home so if I just need a few things and I’m not going into town this is my go to place.
I like that they have self checkout since I never buy a lot at one time I don’t like to tie up a cashier from a larger order. I wish more Food Lions had them.

Went to four grocery stores..only place I could find pimentos.

Clean, friendly store with fresh produce and dairy and quality store brands. I still go to Wegmans for the bakery and store made pizza.

This store is small but has a lot of things I look for I can get in and out faster then waiting for other stores lines to ring up or do it myself. Almost never a wait to pay for my stuff.

Anya H. was super helpful! I couldn’t find my favorite popcorn and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it, searching the aisles up and down. Big shoutout to her!

This Foodlion and fifth street are both really helpful for me since I have had my stroke and I try to get to know most of these kind people and I know how hard it is for them to be polite because I dealt with customers for the past twenty years and it's not easy and I know some of these people personally and when they were much younger when my girls were younger but thank you

Quick in and out. Not my regular store but I was in the area and decided to get some things I needed. Same great selection and quality, no wait check out.

The employees here are very nice. Definitely a family atmosphere. Management will jumb on registers if necessary. The store is always clean.

The Food Lion on Avon is very clean and all that work there they always check on you and see if you need anything I feel quite at home here comparing the other for Food Lions this is probably the cleanest in Charlottesville

Has most things I want-smaller than some stores. Friendly helpful staff. Always clean. For common items, more convenient than bigger stores.

Of the Food Lions in C'Ville (Pantops, 5th St, South Side) this Food Lion is definitely the best. Least crowded, least riff raff. Friendliest employees.

I frequent this Food Lion location often I found the staff very helpful very friendly and they have the produce and products that I want it is a typical food line location
