I never write Reviews, but this is so deserving. I’ve shopped Aldo for many years and the experience I had with Stefani two weeks ago was so great. She is such a phenomenal sales person. I’m a business owner myself, and I can see talent if she ever needs a job. I’ll hire her in a heartbeat, she is person convinced me on things that I didn’t even know I needed and that’s what a proper sales person should do. She saw the clothes that I bought and tried to match shoes with it. I ended up buying two shoes, insoles, and sunglasses when I walked in there , maybe buy one shoe.

Tomas welcomed me upon arrival and made my shopping today effortless. I was able to purchase 2 nice shoes for my husband because of him. I will definitely go back there because of him. Thank you for a great customer service Tomas!!!

I stopped by at lunch today to buy a pair of heels I liked online. The customer service in store was so good that I will always choose to shop in person at this location. Stefani was fantastic helping me find the heels and finish my outfit. The other staff was great too. Fun and helpful and genuinely complimentary.

Stephany provided exceptional assistance when my son and I were searching for shoes for his prom. Her knowledge of the available options and her eye for style ensured that we found the perfect pair. Her friendly demeanor and patience made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

First time customer and now a future one because of Samara our friendly and professional sales staff. My 82 year mother was treated with kindness and welcoming ideas from Samara at your memorial city location. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Today, on 3/30/24, I was making a return for a pair of black loaphers I had bought the previous day. The lady at the desk, who unfortunately I did not get the name of, told me that she would do the return even though I had worn them ONCE at the store and ONCE at home. Now mind you, she did NOT have to do the transaction because one of the shoes DID have a speck of dust on the bottom of it from being worn. But she still did it anyway.

After that, she asked for my email to punch into the computer. I was starting to tell her my email when she told me to just get behind the counter and type it in myself. I was honestly surprised, yet excited at the same time because I’ve always wanted to stand behind an ALDO counter and type in a customer’s email into the system! Anyways, this was one of the best customer services I’ve ever had at ALDO. Heck, it might even be the best customer service I’ve ever had at any store!

I want to end this review by saying that ALDO should consider giving this fine example of an employee a raise! Or even a promotion if she hadn’t already gotten one. Thank you for your help today!

Thomas helped us right of way when we enter the store and helped me out to look for some cute heels for my graduation. Thanks to him I got the heels I wanted :)

Kristine gave amazing customer service from the moment my mom and I stepped into the store. I had already purchased my shoes online and was hoping to pick them up the same day because they were for my birthday. She looked up the order and was able to get the shoes for me right away. She gave great accessory suggestions and her energy was amazing!

Welcome to today’s episode of shopwith_miranda 😂 Back to Aldo, I stopped by a few days ago (actually today) and I must say the place was organized and clean. The store manager was quite helpful and allowed us check out different items till we found the perfect items we settled on buying. I’d recommend to friends and family.

Went shopping today for some shoes, the red shoe caught my eyes. Went in and was greeted and was assisted right away. Ended up purchasing both colors red&black. The 2 gentleman in the store was very nice and attentive. August 20th 2021

I was hunting for a pair of sandals that I saw on another woman. I only had a picture of the sandals. I was provided with supportive service. The shoes were not in stock, however I ordered them at the store and the sandals were delivered to my home.

They have a descent sale on going,the sales reps are so great that you might not have the liver to walk out empty handed,I went in to try out a shoe I saw before going home to order in,they were helpful!
