Ann was so amazing. I couldn’t remember anything about my truck details. She said no problem and figured it out so fast. She got what I desperately needed asap for me. I don’t think I was there even 10 minutes. She is AWESOME. Thank you Ann for taking such good care of me.

I had the greatest AutoZone experience at this store. My car sadly needed some parts and Blake was very very awesome!!!! He was great at helping me and telling me what I needed to do in order to fix it. I'm writing this review because everything was so awesome at this store and Blake was amazing. He should definitely be in management. I don't ever write reviews. This is the first one but he was so awesome he deserved a review

The staff went above and beyond in an effort to diagnose the problem with my vehicle and to remedy it. We were not able to diagnose the issue, but the staff worked diligently in an effort to help. They were very courteous and professional. The manager was as helpful as she could be, and Kaylee was a trooper in her efforts. Thank you for your service! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Young man who helped us actually knew how to operate the diagnostic equipment and didn't treat us as an annoyance. Seemed to understand that customers are the reason he has a job, not someone interrupting a TikTok video.

These people know parts. I've dealt with AutoZone in Ohio where I'm originally from and to be honest you would think you were in the same store not two different stores and actually two different states. These folks are these to help you not just to make a quick buck and push you out the door. They are willing to spend that extra time to make sure you have the right part. And special order parts arrive within days not weeks or months (We won't discuss that one.) My hat is off to this company and it's employees for making it so easy to buy or order parts. See you Wednesday after 1:30pm to pick up my last order. Thanks again all.

I just had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Mike and Steve were so kind and helpful!!!! They hooked me up with a new battery. My car is running like new. I will ALWAYS go to Auto Zone!! These guys are the BEST!! I will never forget them!!!

That woman did her very best at looking up the part I needed. She did the scan for the check engine light and even gave me the print out for everything that needs to be replaced on the vehicle I was driving . It helped out a lot . Just want to say . thank you.

Not only are they very knowledgeable, but Chris, the manager, truly believes in great customer service and does whatever he can for every customer. Hopefully I never have to buy parts again, but I will go there for all my automotive needs from now on.
