CEFCO Convenience Store

I go to this Cefco because of Jennifer,she's nice,she's professional and she's always pleasent,I'm not gonna take any stars away from this Cefco from what I experienced tonight because everyone I deal with are outstanding,but on this night 10/17/2022 at 7:30 pm I had the worst customer service I have ever had in my life by this young lady,Everybody speak when you walk in Cefco so I automatically speak,didn't receive no greeting,walked up to the counter and spoke again ,she looked away,I asked her was she alright she shook her head slightly and looked at me like as if I was bothering her when I asked her for a bag for my purchase she just threw it on the counter and looked at me as to say "Bag your own stuff"...If anyone from corporate or manager read this,please retrain this young lady,speak with her about customer service,lots of Veterans like myself come through that store and I would not want to tell my V.F.W. about the treatment and make that place a no fly zone because I do love that Cefco,but this young lady is definitely not concerned with customer service or just being a nice person,please reach out to her,maybe have Jennifer train her on how to treat customers,trust me jennifer is the only reason I'm not giving one star.

I've never had any issues here. The employees are always top notch.

Buy gas easy to use pumps !

Solid gas station. Good space between pump rows. Easy to drive around. There's a car wash and a convenience store.

Had to stop for fuel. Very nice and clean. Employees were nice and friendly. Plus I had to get some of the Yogurt. Mmmm, hit the spot on this very hot day. 👍's for this Cefco

Bathrooms are rough and need a remodel, but otherwise, this is a good station, don't know why all the super low ratings.

Staff was very friendly when I stopped in. They sell Mrs. Bards, so the wife was happy.

Now this reviews has all good intentions. The cefco in question is my favorite cefco I consider it my neighborhood cefco, that I know most the cashiers on a first name basis. Love this place except during the weekdays between the hours of 730 -830 AM because there is never any coffee. The counters are disgusting and you’re always out of small cups, and this isn’t just one occurrence and I write this review. This has gone on multiple times as I’ve been living here now over a year. Lisa is amazing love her she always apologizes and offers help but it’s becoming more and more common .

Coffee and snacks are good. Got some not so friendly new staff. Restroom is in serious need of a good deep clean.

Not very convenient to have to go into store to get receipt for gas. Put paper in pump for receipt.

Not one of the better Cefcos IMO. Never as clean as some, small, not the type of open, welcoming environment that a lot of them are.

Store clean and speedy, but the bathrooms needed long overdue attention.
