CEFCO Convenience Store

Store has really made improvements in the past few months. The staff is always welcoming and the products are actually available to purchase. I used to hate coming into this location due to how dirty it was but now it’s always clean when I come in even the restrooms.

The crew that washed my truck did an amazing job they were also very kind and funny I will definitely be taking my truck there from here on out to be washed I couldn't have asked for any better service than what they had provided. Thank you to the two long haired young boys and blonde girl I'm sorry I didn't get your names otherwise I would say who it was but thank you to the 3 of you who washed my vehicle. You guys did an amazing job

Went their because my window had slide down, had to tap it ,to keep it from sliding down more.like the parking lot.lt has excellent lighting to get your job done .l noticed that l had parked underneath a camera ,so i felt safe to be their,l go their alot to gas up.The employee are friendly.

I had delima with my card for gas and the two young ladies at the customer service cashier were able to fix the problem 8MMEDIATLY AND and assertively. They also gave me a - CEFCO easy pay card to solve the out of state zipcode prob with my credit card at the gas pump.

Tara is awesome! Very helpful even when we were at the wrong location! Wish everyone would hire more people like her!

Hard to find a good car wash. Well this is one of the best. I have a conversion van and unable to clean by myself. They greet you with smiles,you stay in the vehicle till you get to the other side. Then you are greeted by people that helps you out of the vehicle. They then thoroughly proceed to clean and detail the inside. My van is beautiful. Will be going there often. Sorry, 🤔, I have never been inside the store.

This is the only place in Temple I get gas from. They also have the gas saver cards that come in handy.

I understand the rigors of a job like this but it’s not welcoming when the staff both look like they don’t want to be there and deal with customers

I just went there today had issue with the cashier ..about my debit card. He said I needed to slide my card and also use the chip. Told me all cefcos are like that. I said no their not. I won't go back there and be disrespected by some young man that thinks he knows it all. Told me also I needed to quit talking and slide my card faster. I don't know who the manager is but that particular employee needs to learn some respect ....
