I have to give a huge shout out to Bridgette and her side kick April for helping me Friday evening. This lady was a blessing to us, she truly cared about taking care of us and she went far and beyond to take care of a warranty issue we had. She is what true customer service is all about. Thank you so much for doing what you did for us. You definitely deserve more than what I have to say... thank you so much.

Great customer service, Alice helped me right away. She then send me to customer service and they took care right away on my TV replacement. When I came back to return my TV again customer service they gave me a bestbuy gift card and Alice saw me and finished the final sale.

I bought a 75" TV here. I was about to take it home in the bed of my truck. One of the salespeople ran out before I could get my tailgate down. He said that the TV may break from the middle of the screen if laid down during transport. I arranged for it to be delivered.
Wow! He saved me from ruining a brand new $1100 TV!

Drove here to Temple from Killeen specifically to come to this store.
You are greeted kindly upon entering the store. I already had an item in mind to purchase. After a brief viewing an agent came by to check in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. These guys are true product experts! He assisted me at checkout out as well and I am very satisfied with the customer service provided.
All in all great experience!

It was a very hot day needed a fire stick had my ex-husband but also my best friend and the car with me he has stage 4 cancer and had just been released from the hospital so he wanted to go by Best Buy and give him less than 2 months of Our Best Buy and he can get out of the car so I ran you and there was a gentleman there that greeted me at the front big guy sorry don't remember his name anyway tell him exactly what I needed and he walked over and picked the item out for me directed me to check out and the young man at checkout was waiting on another customer however stepped over to the cash register next to him and says ma'am I can go ahead and get you over here I was in and out within 5 minutes if that tops great place I would recommend yes absolutely if I could give it 10 Stars I would thanks

I also go to best buy to buy routers when I'm in need. The store is beautiful and the staff always ask if I need any help. I'll be back there again if I need anything tech.

Well staffed and was checking out the new Samsung 9's. Sharp colors and speed been better if they can work as a phone by themselves.

Love coming to bestbuy during lunch hours. Easy to get in and find whatever you need! No customer during lunch hours!

Robert in IT "Geek Squad" was an absolute lifesaver! I was about to do a full factory reset on my laptop I've only had for less than 1 year that I use for business. He was very professional and quick in fixing the problem that ASUS support couldn't even help with even with me being a walk-in. Thank you again Robert for all of your assistance and keeping me from having a meltdown. 😅

This Best Buy has all the same characteristics as all the other Best Buy chain stores. What makes this store different than the others is the professionalism from the sales personnel. They explained to me everything for my needs. Was looking at laptops and found all that I wanted and needed and the price fit my wallet from the sales of the day. Thanks Temple. Update: 31 may, '22, had to go in for a screen saver for my phone. Surprised to find out that once before had been there for the same thing several months ago. Cost was fantastic 😊--- $00.00. They said it was still under warranty 🤗. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be going back.👌👍✅ Update: jan 21,'23 nothing knew, except all kinds of sales. 😐👍👍. Update: 25 August, 2023. Very appreciative for the staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had problems with my laptop went to the Geek Squad for help. Bingo!!!! Problem solved. Thanks to the expertise of these people. The experience at Best buy was very satisfactory. The clerks are very proficient, and knowledgeable about the products, and and what your concerns might be. they listen attentively to what one's concerns are then they are able to help. I experience the gracious help of a representative named Q and on a different day I experienced April in January. April, was the clerk's name.as was mentioned from the outset the experience was very satisfactory, because these individuals they went beyond it seems to be able to help. That I was prompted to ask the clerk.. 'do they pay you extra to be so nice?.... Smile.

I was having a hard time finding a side by side refrigerator that would fit in my space. Called Best Buy and Isaac D was able to find me one in less than 5 minutes. I needed help with the Best Buy website to set up an account for my church. Tia J. went out of her way to walk me through the steps and helped me use my phone to get the account set up. I really appreciate her sticking with me and helping me out instead of just telling me what I needed to do and then walk off like some young people would do.
