Came by here after work to see what they had and replace a broken battery case that fallen out during work. They showed me a four battery case holder. I didn’t know they made them. And they had my coils straight in stock. Got to sit in creaky chair and chit chat and talk about some of their products for sale and some small talk. I’ll definitely stop here again. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have shopped several vape shops across the nation with my line of work. This has a feeling of home. I’m always welcomed into the store by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. New flavors to try and by all the time as well as some of the best prices around. It is not the closest to my house but I go out of the way to shop regularly!

They helped me find something for my mod when other stores couldn't. They also have SUPERB pricing on water pipes and the like. Highly recommend!

This is one of only 2 vape shops I go to. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes I’m in a hurry and they get me in and out quickly, other times I hang out for a bit and chit chat. Mason and the entire staff are amazing. They know my likes and dislikes and the coils I use. They always have the answers to my questions and it’s like a family. Most of the people that work there are the originals from when I started going there. (Although I suddenly just realize I miss Teddy). Keep up the good work!!

Been going here for a long time. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Made good friends just coming in to hang out. Keeps up on the newest mods and keeps them supplied. Even with the Indiana laws restricting outside state juice, they still stock some delicious juice and have a good variety. Highly recommend this shop for a good experience!

I needed a new pod kit as well as juice, but tested positive for COVID the same day. I called and Liz hooked me up over the phone and let me pull up to the store to get my stuff. Shout out to Liz! You rock!

Excellent customer service. I went into the store for the first time today and the Owner, Joe, took excellent care of me. I explained my situation to him and what I needed. He very patiently discussed the options with me and answered all my questions. I selected and purchased my items. Joe then took the time to open everything and educate me on the step by step care and maintenance that I needed in order to protect my investment. He even produced a solution to my individual needs as far as dispensing my fluid. I walked out fully functional, satisfied, and a member of the Just Vapor VIP program.
My only complaint is that I didn't have time to stay and learn more about the business. <3

This is normally where I used to go to get my vaping supplies. They have a good selection of products. The people are always nice. And last night the employee there gave me a full educated rundown of what, howz why, and when. I walked out feeling very confident that I got what I needed and what not to do. I even changed the item I was going in to purchase, based on the suggestion of the employee. They study the products they have and remember what's good and what's been returned or bought way to soon. If you have any questions and want to start vaping or just hit up a cool vape shop with a great selection, try this place out. Right off the highway and open decently late. I went into this store yesterday with a battery problem with my (aged) mod after picking up my car from the shop, and it was close to the dealership. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the gentlemen working to address my problem, offered to test my batteries and fix it as opposed to trying to flip me into a new mod or sell me something I didn’t need. Definitely a great experience and I ended up purchasing new batteries in the end just to avoid any potential future problems with my unit. I WILL be going there for all of my vape needs moving forward even though it’s a longer drive than places closer to my home. Customer service and development of relationships is pinnacle in sales and customer service, and these guys do it RIGHT! Thank you for everything, and I’ll be back soon.

I love this vape shop. I work near by and stop in all the time on my lunch hour. Mason the owner and his team are best and most knowledgeable staff in Indiana. The atmosphere is super welcoming . The Vape bar is stocked with premium juice lines. That you can sample before purchasing. I sometimes spend most of my lunch hour sampling new juice . I have been a loyal customer from opening day. SUPPORT SMALL Businesses!!

I frequent this store regularly. I feel welcome and am greeted every time I visit. The guys that run the store are highly knowledgeable and up to speed with all the advances and legalities in the vapor industry.
I don't go anywhere else due to the fact they specialize in e-juice lines that are delicious and unique from other shops in town.
So if you're looking for a specific juice you received from a different shop, they may not carry it. However, they will gladly find a similar flavor from a possibly higher quality vendor and let you sample them all freely.

Love this vapor shop. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with newbies as myself. Thanks to this shop I haven't smoked a cigarette since my first visit. Just Vapor has the most knowledgeable staff I have found. There’s a fabulous environment to taste all the yummy flavors and I don’t ever feel like there’s pressure to buy. I’ve also gone in when my vape isn’t working right and they are always super helpful and take the time to solve the issue. They have an optional customer loyalty program and text me messages every week or so with specials. I highly recommended Just Vapor and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Although I buy a lot of stuff online, I go here for my coils and some juice. They are always friendly. They know me by name when I walk in, know what I want without asking, and are super knowledgeable on anything related to vaping. Also the atmosphere is perfect to hang out and chill for a few before leaving. My favorite vape shop in the Indy Area!

Everyone is so friendly here! They are very knowledgeable about their products and take their time making sure you are satisfied. They helped answer my millions of questions with patience and I cannot recommend this shop enough!
