AT&T Store

A little under a week ago a friend of mine was contacted by an AT&T agent, who offered her several services to organize her lifestyle. With his help, she was able to get her internet for a $0 balance monthly, because she was eligible, and a new phone. When the phone arrived on the next day, the same agent, over the phone, helped set-up her phone as well. The phone was having an issue of dropping calls. So, we went to the store and the agent, who was amazing, was able to fix the issue immediately. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes. " The airplane mode just needed to be reset".

Ali was the best rep there! He took care of me and had amazing Custer service! I wasn’t too sure on what I wanted but he broke down everything for me and assured me he’d take care of me! Best Service! Go see Ali here!

The rep deep dived into my problem and resolved it within just a few minutes! She was AWESOME!! I wish I had asked her her name. I'll never go anywhere else if I have issues again

Thanks Ali A., you made it easy and comfortable. My switching from U-Verse to Directv Stream was difficult to do online and it left me with a lot of questions and doubts. I couldn't pull the trigger. You helped me by holding my "proverbial" hand as you explained all and even help reduce my ATT cost across my account bundle.

I went in the today to have my screen protector renewed. The employee, named Jesus C (on the receipt) not only helped me with my needs very well but also checked and cleaned the condition of my iPhone where I was having a little problem. He was very nice and professional. I appreciated of his customer services so much. Thank you!

After going to a different store, calling the main line multiple times and being told our issue was unresolvable, Maria L. at this location was able to effectively and efficiently problem solve our issue to put my husband and I on the same plan with phone upgrades.

The best customer support team for AT&T anyone could ask for, what would I do without the help of technical issue on my mobile device !!! Time and time again I have issues and I rather go to the store for assistance than call over the phone. If in the event the support team was to be removed from the stores consider myself removed from the provider as well.

Went into the Sawdust store today very disappointed with AT&T service talked to Timon ( store manager) this person needs a pay raise. Over and above in helping me. It was such a relief to get ahold of someone who cares he took time to get me the help I need 10 stars out a 1-5 star

Caleb was so helpful and genuine. Compared to previous experiences with other service providers, by far the best. Wish we would've been with AT&T sooner. Marlon also, super outgoing and put us at ease with any concerns that we would have. Awesome job! Thank you!

Jaz was awesome, had a lot of patience and very knowledgeable. She also took time out to explain things to me to where I understood it. Even though she was working with me, she was also took time to greet every customer who entered into the store. The manager was also very warm and welcoming to everyone. I would recommend this store to all. It has been a long time since I have gotten customer service like this. Great job guys.

I received EXCELLENT service from Caleb at the AT&T Sawdust Road location. His professionalism and willingness to help me restored my faith in AT&T. I also found the managers to be very kind and conscientious. It la a very customer oriented store.

Wesley Wilshusen is an excellent employee. He helped my husband and I who are almost eighty change our iPhones and TV service to AT&T from Xfinity. Not only is he very intelligent, he is patient and kind.

Really great experience at 303 Sawdust road. Went in and signed up for Fiber wifi with one of the staff members and they were super helpful! Got me a nice reward card to go with it too. I’m new to the area and I could only get Att internet in my complex. I’ll be back to switch my cell phones over to Att if this install goes as planned. Will highly recommend this store. I’ll give them 10 stars if I could!

I want to bring to your attention Ali one of the managers of this facility, he is without a doubt the most helpful and profession ATT employee that I have ever encountered. ATT is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I have been an ATT customer for 25 years.

I bought a phone from Apple, went in to ATT for help setting it up. Kenneth Warren the mgr helped me and went far beyond his responsibility, From setting it up to helping choose accessories. I appreciate all the help he gave me and his patience and professionalism. Thanks!

Went into ATT today with every intention of switching phone companies. Jazlyn was very patient and helpful, you can tell she is very knowledgeable and cares about her job. We really appreciate her taking her time and listening to all our concerns and working them all out for us.
