Great pharmacy! Always busy and overworked but they get it done as fast as they can. It’s nice to have a neighborhood pharmacy where there are familiar faces.

Pharmacy is tops for us. The special attention paid to every customer is really great. Jenny and her team make all the difference!

Was running around all night doing stuff, He dropped everything to just ring up my coke a cola. He wasn't lazy about it either. I was really surprise with his work ethic. He deserves something for the effort he puts in to running the store!

Drive thru testing is a joke. They need to get their shht together because it shouldn't take 50 minutes of waiting for a 2 minute test. Just saying. What's the point of an appt when you can't even be seen at that time.

Until today, this store has been my my go to store for ALL prescriptions for both my husband and I. It is also where I've done my LEGAL couponing almost on a weekly basis for the past 4 years. Tonight I went into the store to do some couponing. It had been almost three weeks since the last time I shopped last. The manager, Kathy, was in the store tonight and made it a point to let me know she could help me over at her register. She asked me if I had more than one order implying that I was not able to use the self checkout. I asked her if this was a new policy and she stated they had a batch of bad coupons come through recently. I was a known couponer there since I was in there frequently shopped there. So I chuckled. I can't count how many times I have personally seen individuals walk right out of the store with products in hand setting off the alarms. I asked them why they didn't say anything to them and was told they are not allowed to per corporate. Wait, what!!!???!!! I'm called out in a store for being a legal componer, but y'all aren't allowed to say anything to someone stealing right in front of your face. Rant over.

Every time I need to speak to this pharmacist, it is unpleasant. Every time. She comes across as rushed, abrupt, and as if she is put out by having to talk to you. Apparently she doesn't realize that this is what she is paid to do. Additionally, pharmacy staff here has made errors in dispensing the proper medication strengths and dosages to me. If your physician phones in your Rx, be sure *you* know the strength and dosages, so you can verify they have filled it correctly.

Pharmacy staff is consistently rude and its like they make a point to operate as slowly as possible. The staff acts personally offended when you bust out goodrx cpupons because they have to punch a few more numbers into the computer.

Retail staff is always nice though

I filled a prescription for my daughter's Croup. I was supposed to receive 12 ml of the medicine, 1 dose of 4 ml per day for 3 days. By the time I went to give her her third dose, I only had about 1ml. They didn't measure my prescription correctly, and therefore I wasn't able to give my sick daughter the medicine she needed. I called the pharmacy as soon as I realized I was short a dose, and they were closed. I will not be returning. I need to be able to trust my pharmacist, especially when it regards my daughter's health.

Was out of stock of a top 20 most prescribed medication in the US. This medication is crucial to my heath and was surprised when the pharmacist told me that it was out of stock. The procurement process needs to be improved.

Used expired Covid Test Tubes.

Update: Lab tech called me back to reschedule and disclosed they had been using test tubes that had expired earlier in the month. I had to go somewhere else the day of my flight and pay
