Had to get some supplies for a job. Love Lowe's they always have everything you need!! Made this landscaping job a breeze!!

There was a hick up in the delivery process that was a reps causing. This issue was resolves and Lowes management made sure things were right. I originally left a 1 star but changed it because things were resolved and owned up to.

Piere was so friendly, helpful, full of knowledge and his customer service skills are above anything I’ve ever experienced before. His smile and friendly happy disposition was much needed that day. His glass cutting was perfect and I’ll be back to see him again soon! Thank you Piere

They have most of the stuff you need for home improvement. Had to get screen and spline, which they had the kind that I wanted in stock. Self check out or a friendly clerk, your choice.

I placed an order for the Sabre Driveway alert. The price was right, and the item was what I expected. It was delivered on time without damage. I like the range, I positioned the motion sensor at my gate that is more than 200 feet from the receiver and it works great. I am satisfied with my purchase. Also the receiver has various alert tones, and a volume setting.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. They were eager to assist me and answer any questions I had. The team in the appliance department went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my purchase. They were knowledgeable about the products, features, and pricing, and provided me with options that fit within my budget.

What impressed me the most about the service in the appliance department was how patient and accommodating the staff were. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they took the time to address each and every one of them. They never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, and instead encouraged me to take my time and make the best choice for my needs.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received in the appliance department at Lowe's Home Improvement. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and they truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of appliances or other home improvement products.

I had to get a last minute part for a water heater install i was on. I barley made it before closing time. I could not find the part i needed. Shortly after i arrived in the plumbing isle a lowes employee asked if i needed help. Thank you, I said. After about 5min of looking together. They were now closing. But He didn't mind staying a little late. Shortly after the closing announcement we found what i needed, I thanked him and i hurryed up to front to check out. I was very impressed. With my overall experience. Lowes has won me over. I recommend to anyone needing home improvement items. Come check out MY LOWES!

I have come to really like Lowe's Stores. I have had occasion to deal with customer service after having problems an appliance we purchased. I can honestly say I have never been treated better. They turned a disaster into just an inconvenience. Customer for life!

Jessica is one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve met in that entire store. As a small business owner and mainly just being me and my wife. I travel quite a lot and I find myself returning to this store. It’s nice to see a franchise have people this willing and proficient at there job.

Everyone at Lowe’s is super-helpful, but I’ve never been to a big-box home improvement store as clean, organized and easy to navigate as Mt Dora Lowes. I’ve been going to this location for nearly a decade, and not once have I left unhappy with the products, selection and service this store provides. All the associates I’ve encountered here have always been knowledgeable without being pretentious, but none stand out as much as Dean. He goes literally OUT OF HIS WAY to find the products I need for whatever task I have at hand, and answers my numerous questions with authority mixed with the kind of clarity I truly need. Dean is an excellent representative for Lowe’s, and a reminder as to why this is the ONLY place I’ll ever go when I have home improvement projects to tackle. Thank you Lowe’s and thank you Dean, for simply being awesome!

2 days ago I went to buy some wood and have it cut this young boy named Jawan was getting off work in 10 minutes but he said I will help you and he cut six two before and a piece of plywood for me very nice cordial and made me feel at ease. Then on the way out a young boy named Rob Carl asked if I needed help loading it I said no it was now at links I could handle but he walked out with me anyway and loaded it for me. He and I talked for about 10-15 minutes and he was so nice mature for his age and I really enjoyed him coming out and helping me. Both boys I feel went above and beyond the Call of Duty. Lowe's is very lucky to have them on their staff.

Lowe's is a great store to shop for home improvements if you need to get anything done a quick project come and check closeout I love it
