I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. I do believe these three gentlemen should be praised for their efforts. I will be back in the future and will send friends ans family their way!

I am not a big fan of Verizon as a whole. That being said, Joey S.(manager of Ramsey location) makes the entire Verizon experience a bearable one. Joey goes above and beyond and has patience of a saint. He, genuinely, is out to help the customer. He is honest, thorough and professional. There are other stores in the area. I will ONLY shop at this location. Joey saved a customer of 30 years from jumping ship. Please visit him and bring your business......you will not be disappointed in your experience. He cares.

Great staff and location. Been coming here since 2018 and I wouldn't go anywhere else! If you ever take the time, you can read through the dishonest reviews here. I was in this store recently while someone was absolutely bullying the manager for not giving someone unauthorized access to an account. On top of that, the lady wanted a promo honored from a prior month and took it out on the guy because it wasn't available anymore! I unfortunately deal with people like this in my own business and there's nothing you can do. Kudos for remaining professional! Not sure what the manager's name was but I would take him any day of the week! Oh deeling with the public is such fun!

All of the staff at this location in Ramsey have gone above and beyond to make the selection of my upgrade to be an easy transition. Namely Amaury then Pablo. They made me feel totally welcome and extended the invitation to come back at any time for any assistance or question. Their knowledge of all products and their function is amazing.

Adriana and Amaury were 2 of the most wonderful employees at this store! They genuinely care about what you are purchasing and how you are handling your account. It was a very nice experience being able to feel comfortable in what I was purchasing as well as how my account and charges are looking. Definitely a 5 star place with 5 star people!

Outstanding experience - completely painless upgrade to a new phone. Adriana, the store manager, could not have been more helpful. She guided me to the right choice of phone, using cloud backups and some magic got all of my apps and data loaded onto it, took care of my old phone, and even helped me save some money. I will definitely be back and am recommending this location to all of my friends.

Can't say enough how awesome the vibe in this store is. The employees work so well together and are just so patient and friendly. They made my shopping experience an absolute pleasure. Do yourself a favor and go here if you need a new phone. Joey the manager is amazing. All he cared about was taking care of my 1000 questions when it comes to getting a new device. Best store ever Joey was the best bought are phones a few months back with the screen protectors. Needed to replace the screen protectors went right in and Joey was able to swap them out super quick and much easier then going through these other store warranty replacements! Highly recommend! Anyone who complains about this location clearly doesn’t know what they are talking about

I have dealt with your most valuable employee in your Ramsey Store. Aziza Clement is the most knowledgeable Verizon employee I have ever dealt with. She is also very pleasant and patient. We need more people like her in all industries.
I have had the pleasure of.getting her help on a few occasions and it always a pleasure. Please thank her for us.

Aziza was soooo helpful. She set up phones for my whole family and answered every question we had. The phone transfers were quick and easy and she made sure she set us up with everything we needed. Could not have had a better experience she was so great to work with!! Highly recommend if you’re getting a new phone or upgrading!!

Pedro is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He also thinks out of the box, which is awesome.

What AMAZING service! Have been at the store over 3 hours with multiple phone issues/purchases, etc and Pedro Guzzman was the BEST!! His customer service was above and beyond. I am excited for our new phones and accessories. Amaury was helpful as well. This store rocks!

We were greated as we walked in the door. The associate was very pleasant, showed us the phone models we were interested in, and even allowed us to try different phone cases to see how they looked and felt on various phone models. Although we did not yet purchase a new phone, the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend this Verizon authorized retailer.

This store is very helpful with whatever I need. The personnel there is always pleasant. Even when I didn't like a new phone and brought it back the next day, they worked with me on getting the phone that I wanted. They have cases and "Gorilla glass" type screen protectors that have a lifetime warranty. Yes. I said lifetime warranty. Best Verizon store around.

My girlfriend's s8 started having problems and being a nurse she has to have a good phone. She wanted the s20 but nobody had it. I called Verizon in ramsey and spoke with Joey He said he had only 1 s20 and couldn't hold it for me. I explained to joey my girlfriend is a nurse and her phone is having problems and couldn't make it there that day because she was working a double shift and she can be there the following day. Joey said he would hold the phone for her because of her situation. We went to get the phone the following day and what a nice guy joey is. He is very professional friendly & gave my girlfriend great service. She was so happy for what he did for her and loves her new s20. This place is awesome i highly recommend going there for all your needs. We're definitely going back for ours. Thanks again joey for helping karol out and your great service 👍
