Had an outstanding experience at this GameStop! Jack the salesperson was super patient with this clueless mama and answered every detailed question the kids had so they could spend their allowance with confidence they got their money’s worth. By the time we left, we’d had so much fun that we were already making plans to come back.

They now have new management. The store is great. Bought a used Xbox one and they did everything they could to make sure that it worked before I left the store. I was looking for a game state of decay two. They stated that it might be hard to find that game. And suggested I get state of the K one for 10 bucks before I went to shop around. Bought the game for 10 bucks couldn’t find it anywhere including online. Everything worked out great!

Mitchell was a great help on our adventure to get our daughter a new Xbox, he helped us with everything we asked, was very informative, and kind! Happy to have stopped at this location!! I was at this place one and had to trade-in one of my consoles and Kyle was very helpful. Very smart guy 👍. I walked-in almost at closing time but Kyle was very patient and helped me with my new console purchase. He was thorough with his work and answered all my questions. Parking at this location can be tough during peak hours.

I had the best experience today at this location.

I previously had the worst time with online gamestop support after a $10 reward wasn't applied correctly and after immediately canceling the order it was sent anyway..

So I had to drive 30 minutes one way to the nearest GameStop to return the game.

Even though I walked in literally just as they opened and also had my receipt but forgot my power up rewards CC, the associate was still able to assist me.

The employee seemed more interested in taking care of the customer (me) than letting me leave disappointed.

I'm thrilled I had such a great experience here today and really appreciate the extra effort for the customer service!

We need more employees like him in this world.

Mitchell and the rest of the staff have lots of knowledge about what gamestop location had what I needed in person and were also very helpful when I needed specific details on what the gift cards could get me in the xbox vs steam shop. Great help here.

These guys went above and beyond for me to find an obscure part that I needed, and then shipped it to the store for me when the closest one turned out to be over 80 miles away. I wish I could remember the name of the man that helped me, Ian maybe? I believe he must have been the manager or a long time employee. It was a busy day, and he still gave me stellar service with a smile. My best Game Stop experience in a long time.

This has become the closest GameStop to me (which isn’t even that close) since all the ones in Seattle have closed down. Due to COVID, they’re very limited on in stock items, how many people can be in the store, etc, and usually only have one guy working there at all times.

That being said, the customer service I’ve received here is beyond any GameStop I’ve ever been at. It’s usually the same guy working when I go there (I believe he’s a manager or something, Paul), and I usually only go to do a return/exchange with an online order since I live so far. He tries to help every way he can, even for complicated returns, and I appreciate it very much. He cares about customer service despite having to deal with a growing line of customers and having people wait on the phone for 10 min at a time so he can’t even do his normal job of “selling” you on products. Not many people can do that in an environment like that.

Please note, there’s always only one person working so you’ll need patience if you’re calling or waiting in line. I always end up waiting anywhere between 5-15 min on the phone but I understand one person can only be spread so thin.

I’m always happy with my experience here and hope everyone can understand the long wait.

Found an old GameStop gift card today and went to two locations to get the new Pokémon snap game. Brie was super sweet and helpful even though we pulled up less than five minutes before closing! Thank you for making my weekend :)

Not a fan of GameStop at all but I do love this one. It's never crowded. The staff is friendly and inviting. The (and I'm not trying to be insensitive or anything) but the Asian girl that works there is suuuuuper hot. Being trans, I've never felt uncomfortable being there. The staff doesn't avoid me. In fact, Everytime I go there, I always seems to wind up in some really cool geek conversation for quite sometime. The best thing is, they don't pester or hawk or me or anybody that I've seen in there. They will ask if they can be of assistance once and if you say no, then all they say is, if you need anything just ask. Loooooooove it! Ive been to other gamestops in the past and have never recommended anybody to go to any of them but this is different. Highly recommend. I wish they sold comics too. 😁

Yo this gamestop is off the chain, they had cowboy bebop shirts for 7 bucks on clearance and I got a new copy of Death Stranding for $20 bucks plus free warranty and minus $5 for PowerUp Rewards! Guys that work here are super chill. They are different from most GameStop employees, and seem to genuinely try to save you money trade in items. Always friendly as well!

I honestly was shocked at just how great the customer service was with this GameStop. I called because my under-warranty Switch joycon had the popular "drift" problem. Due to the pandemic, they did not have any Switches in stock but took our number down for some future when they would be. A week or so later, I got a call back from the store! The manager, Cody, let his staff know I'd be coming to exchange our joycons and made the entire process wildly simple. I was not expecting a call back, nor the high level of care through the entire warranty process. Highly recommend shopping here, and getting the GameStop warranty on your Switch!

Friendly people, decent selection of preowned games and very knowledgeable. Helped me pick out games that I would enjoy after not playing for years and happy to take returns (on preowned) until I found something I really loved.
