AT&T Store

AT&T call center was horrible to deal with. Multiple calls and they kept lying to me (about unlocking my phone, bills paid, etc.)
John at this store did everything he possibly could to make it better. Loved his customer service!!

Blake did an outstanding job of helping us work through a challenging phone upgrade. He did it with calm and patience. If we had gone to this store to begin with, we would have likely avoided the confusion. Stop by AT&T, they were fabulous!

The store manager Ambreeial C was absolutely incredible! I came in to switch services on my phone and watch and we ran into some password issues (on my end) but she was extremely patient with me. We resolved the issue and she truly made the entire experience smooth and painless.
The other employee Blake is also great and helped me in a prior visit to today. Whether you’re an AT&T customer or wanting to switch services, I highly recommend coming to this location.

Blake helped me to the best of his ability and was super professional and top notch.
As a company when devices are paid for they should be automatically unlocked. This is a hassle that existing customers should not have to EVER go through.

Amazing experience…Blake saved the day for me. My phone had locked up…Blake not only was able to get it opened and back running but then sold me a new phone setting up everything for me. This process stresses me but Blake was amazing…he made the transition to my new phone easy on me and all my information was transferred perfectly!!! He was very thorough in seeing that everything was done perfectly before I left. I highly recommend this location and Blake!!!

I was so disgusted with my cell ( hell) phone that I went to this store today planning to just pay it off and leave and go find another carrier. Instead I was able to get my phone problem fixed by the very patient and knowledgeable store manager who went out of his way to help me. The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. In fact one of the girls looked at my account and pointed out that I had insurance that would cover the cost of fixing the cracked screen. I had completely forgotten about this. This was by far the best experience I've had at a cell phone store. Today changed my opinion completely of AT&T. My thanks to this very professional and customer oriented staff.

I was unable to reconnect my new I-Phone to my Apple watch. I walked in and Beau was more that willing to help me. He took all the time needed to get me reconnected. Great experience at this store because of him. Haven't had that at other AT&T stores that I have been to. Definitely will go back to this location.

Beau at ATT was amazing. He helped transfer my work number to a personal phone and set up a new phone. Getting my old number released was a difficult challenge. But Beau spend a few hours making sure it was done and waited to help activate set up up my new phone. Thanks for being so great and helping me. This store and Beau was awesome!

Customer service is unparalleled at this AT&T store. Not only were they super friendly, but very knowledgeable about their products. Very attentive to what my needs were. Helped fit me into the perfect package. Didn't give me any of that "up sell" garbage! They have gained a customer for life!!

Switched from Verizon and it was the most painless transition thanks to Lucas. The store was also quiet and not insanely busy so there was no rush getting everything transferred over. They were knowledgeable, personable and kind. I had already heard AT&T had great customers service, but Lucas proved it on my first day! Thank you!

Beau at AT&T was, without question, the best phone professional I've ever met. He put my former salesman from T-Mobile to shame. If you're lucky enough to get Beau's help, you too, will be more than satisfied by his professional and no-nonsense approach to customer service.

Anthony was great and if we had been dealing with him the entire time we wouldn't be leaving Att. Att quality has gone down over the last 5 years especially at Chipman.

Shoutout and thank you to Beau at AT&T store at SE blue Parkway. I was having problems with my phone and went to store for help. I found him to be knowledgable, patient and friendly. He diligently addressed all the concerns I had with the phone and restored it to perfect condition. Thank you Beau!

Staff were amazing, they got my fiance set up with her new phone, and I converted from Verizon to AT&T and I am saving much more. Staff were helpful and they made everything easy and we had to do very little.

Stopped in to order a phone for my dad (after I had spent a long time on the phone with att trying to order one and getting hit with $89 shipping fee). I was very pleased with how I was treated and the customer service was top notch. Zero wait time to be helped, given good advice on which phone to purchase and updated plan.

This store was great and so knowledgeable when it came to me switching carriers and on another phone plan! I really appreciated the worker’s patience with all my questions and he made me feel better about switching from Sprint which I’ve had forever to AT&T! Highly recommend!
