Love it

My mother and I made a purchase at this store, and then we went up the street to simons to continue shopping. On our way back to the car, the woman waiting on me from this store and the owner chased us down and said that something went wrong with their card machine. We went back in the store and tried our card again eventhough they already carried out our first purchase and didn’t notice an issue at the time. Their wifi was down and we didn’t have cash so we gave them the merchandise back after they screwed up. After all of that, they were upset that we didn’t want to go to an ATM to get cash. Why would we after that experience. Honestly this was an extremely unprofessional and disgusting experience. What business carries out a purchase and then notices a problem after the fact and has the nerve chase a customer down on the street for their merchandise back when they messed up. I would shop at simons instead. They have class.

My wife and I were trying to find a gift for her little niece. While In the store the owner and his wife followed us around watching us like we were criminals. After a couple of minutes we had enough and put the stuff back that we were going to BUY, and left the store. Horrible service
