Wonderful staff Prince, wonderful hotel and service. Great beach and great music and shows. All places at the resort are very clean. The beach are awesome, you will always love to spend your there. The pool also it is spotless. They do lot of quiet activities. We will come back

This is an amazing hotel and staff. The minute we arrived till the last day I have no complain, I can honestly say the way they maintain the resort is spotless. Staff you meet from the garden to dining are the same smiley and courteous. Food is good we had good enough options to choose. Good coffee. Beach and pool to die for. Night programs are well organized and colourful. Love this place

This is our second time at Melia Cayo Coco and will be returning next year. We have been to many throughout Cuba and have discovered this gem. Not too big and you can always find a very social vibe, but it is also very peaceful and relaxing. The massage is a must, but book as soon as you arrive. The resort has an elegance that begins with the beautiful glass and white lobby area. The resort is being continuously maintained and improved. The restaurants have always been very enjoyable. We have not had issues with food as we appreciate the grilled fish, calamari and roasted meat with vegetables. However, you must be willing to ‘go with the flow’ and you will always find something.
The staff is friendly and be sure to make contact with Prince! His positive energy is hard to miss! He will do whatever he can to make your stay memorable and help plan activities. The beach is SPECTACULAR! The sand is like powder and spans kilometres. We travel at the end of February and finding a place to sit on the beach has never been a problem. There are also areas to snorkel near the rock. However, you can also take a boat out to reefs with more variety of fish.

Our 4th visit to this wonderful resort. Staff are amazing, drinks and food the best in Cuba. 8 times to Cuba and Melia is my favorite.
Beach, pool, bars, restaurants are 5 star!

We had a fantastic time. The resort was absolutely amazing. No complaints at all. Special shout out to Luis, at the Fitness sports gym. Always went above and beyond to help Service. Anything we needed. Overall would highly recommended the resort. Prince was also a huge help … kind, always checking in, letting us know that he was willing to help in any manner. We would definitely come back to this resort! Highly recommended! Five Star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The facilities and beach are incredible, already thinking of my next visit.
We’ve been to many resorts in the Caribbean and this is the one we keep coming back to.

Awesome time! Everyone very friendly and helpful. We met the nice Prince. Good food and good times. Beaches are beautiful and clean. Rooms always clean. Public bathrooms being cleaned constantly. The pool is lovely with nice surroundings. And the entertainment is great

This has been our first time in Meliá Cayo Coco. We came recommend by a friends, they are also Cuban like us, they have been here twice, and they loved this hotel. We have been in several hotels in Cuba, principally here in Cayo Coco, but to be honest this hotel is super in all senses: the food and drink offer, the property, the activities, and overall the staff; everyone make you feel like family, always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Thank you to the team for the amazing work you do. We will come back.

This was our first trip to this resort so we wrote an email about a week before we came to Cuba. In it we asked for a ground floor room due to my husband’s disability. We also asked for the room to be close to the ocean (ocean view if possible), close to the buffets, as well as a king size bed. The reply was that they would do everything they could to help us out.
When we arrived we received everything that we asked for, it couldn’t be any better! We also got an invite for a special supper at the gazebo. There was also a form to fill in so we could get breakfast in bed!
The ambience with the music, saxophone, trumpet, flute, and piano players was spectacular. Such a relaxing start to the day and a relaxing way to end the day as well.
The staff are always welcoming and friendly with smiles and warm hugs, ready to help make your vacation all that you want it to be.
The beach is a beautiful powdery white sand with plenty of palapas to relax under. The ocean was warm and clear, a wonderful way to cool off from the hot sun! The pool is a wonderful option for when it was too windy and cold, it’s always hot by the pool.
We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely be coming back, maybe three weeks next time. Many thanks to all the staff at the buffet, snack, and beach buffet and bar, as well as the maids and groundskeepers❤🥰!

First time visiting this resort and Cuba.
Was NOT disappointed. Service was prompt, friendly and exceptional. When people say Cuba has one of the best beaches in the world, they were not joking. The rooms are quite dated, the outlets are 220v, however there is always an evening show and different beach activities daily. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Melia Resort in Cuba! The beaches are breath taking and the people are so friendly!!! Everyone here works so hard with a smile on their face! The place is clean and food is plentiful and fresh! The shows are extremely entertaining. Performers are beyond talented! I will definitely be back again!!!!!

First time here at this resort, Melia Cayo Coco. It is a beautiful and well taken care of resort paradise. It lives up to its 5 star rating. Plenty of staff to help you with your needs and look after you during your stay. We had amazing weather while staying here (very lucky). The food is very good compared to other Cuban resorts. I've been to the Melia Sol Cayo Guillermo in 2001. And I much liked it as well. This trip was very relaxing because we were on our honeymoon and wanted to relax. We plan on going to town one day to do some shopping. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was we booked our trip as honeymoon but when arrival they didn't know but they fixed it by giving us a bottle of champagne in our room.

One week stay...wonderful! Great sunny weather. Friendly staff, clean and large pool with lots of comfortable chairs. The beach is very sandy and water clean and blue.
The Melia is very clean and staff are so friendly and accommodating. They even have pickleball...thanks to Rene and Marcos (sports directors) for accompanying play for myself and others.
In all, I had a wonderful stay and the food was great! I plan on returning and highly recommend this resort.

6th visit to this beautiful resort. It is a perfect getaway for adults primarily over 50. Staff are like family and repeat guests come back for the exceptional team that work at this hotel. Rooms are clean. Grounds are gorgeous. Beach is breathtaking and second to none. Food is outstanding...there are no shortages here. I have been to many hotels in Cuba and this is now the only one that I will ever return to. Truly a piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at the Melia Cayo Coco Resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The resort has a beautiful beach, a large pool, and many activities to enjoy. We especially liked the live music and theatre events, such as the live band that played different genres every night at the lobby, the retro show that took us back to the 80s, and the circus that amazed us with acrobatics and magic. The resort is also close to the airport, so it was easy to get to and from. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation in Cuba.

What a great experience to be here! The staff is very friendly and the customer service was great. The rooms and maintenance in general is great too. Beds are very comfortable and almost all rooms have an amazing balcony to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning, just lovely. We were afraid about food, thankfully it exceeded our expectations. Despite the limitations Cuba has, Melia Hotel has giving us a great experience. Thanks to the amazing staff (Dariel, Principe, Jorge and more, you are doing a great job!)

This was our first trip to Cuba and what a wonderful trip! Melia is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic! There was great selection of food and drinks and the rooms were pristine.
Everyone from the gardeners to the wait staff were kind and attentive to all our needs.
I will recommend it to all my family and friends and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic resort. Great people and great food. One of the best beaches I’ve ever experienced. Chino was very entertaining as well as the entire entertainment staff, the Prince very nice too. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Also friendly cats and the rooms as well as beds are very clean and comfortable. 5/5 for me.

This was our first time but definitely won’t be the last. No food shortage the staff was amazing, property very clean and beautiful beach.
All staff went over and above but a couple had really touched our hearts Yudenia in guest experience,Jorge and Vanessa in lobby bar, Chino in activity,Beatriz in buffet and can’t forget PRINCE.
Only suggestion is to bring condiments.

We have always enjoyed our time at Melia Cayo Coco. The service, quality of food and the well kept grounds have always been the reason we return. We stay for a month at a time and if we could, would gladly stay longer. We look forward to returning next year for another month. The staff are wonderful and the hidden gem is the billiards bar where you can have a quiet drink and watch the sunset before dinner.
