Hotel Sol Cayo Santa Maria

Amazing place to visit, the staff was fantastic, always looking after us. The beach was breathtaking, amazing sunrise if you can get up early enough. Even the resort general manager would take time to talk to us from time to time to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Big thank you to Raul, Alvaro, Taimary, Ricardo,Ada, Osmany and many more just can't think of the name that quickly. Can't wait to go back....

The hotel has been renovated, some places are still in process though, but the overall decor is really nice. Rooms are super clean. Mattresses are not always new, so if you don't like yours, ask for a change. The staff is really cool and cooperative. The beach is incredible and the water is cristal clear, seems unreal. The food is really good and there's so much variety! After a week it gets a bit redundant, it's true but I really had a lot of options even being gluten free. Grilled meat or fish everyday, fresh and tasty veggies and fruits. Since the hotel was getting old last year it was badly rated, as a consequence maybe, the hotel was not crowded at all, which I loved. I had the best relaxing week. I'd ho back anytime!

Even tho this is the oldest hotel on the island, it's currently under renovation and is open for business. Only half of the resort open but I think it's well worth the visit as it's the only hotel with a nude beach. The staff is the friendliest I've found in my 15 visits to Cuba

This trip was absolutely amazing. The people that work there made the experience great. The food was great, yuinell is a wonderful chef. The entertainment was great, so much fun nightly. Also daily dance lessons right on the beach with Giraldo. Hector, Lisbetty put on an awesome show, they kept it interactive and high energy. Killer beach and Lisdanny at the 24 hr bar was real sweet. Everyone was so personable it instantly felt like home.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Very good spot in nature for a vacation. The beds and the pillows though are bad.... My arm still hurts 7 weeks after returning.

Nice and cheap. We just come back from a nice week, we spent a good time with a very friendly staff. A special thanks to Raul Aritza the new GM is doing a great job.

Le Sol Cayo Santa-Maria est un hôtel de taille moyenne. Pas de foule, donc pas d'attentes aux bars, aux restaurants, à la réception, etc… Les chambres rénovées sont très confortables: eau chaude, climatisation, nettoyage, papier de toilette, serviettes sans aucun problème. La plage est magnifique et chaises longues en nombre suffisant. Très bon restaurant à la plage le midi bien que répétif. Cuisson des viandes sur charbon de bois, des salades , fruits et crème glacée, vin rouge, bière et autres alcools à volonté. Le soir choix entre buffet et restaurant: les deux très bien pour Cuba. Au bar de la piscine, on offre des sandwichs et des chips de platane frit. Excellents massages de Roberto à prix raisonnable.Le personnel de l' hôtel est très chaleureux, sympathique et professionnel. A , entre autres, pour Jesus, Carla, Ada, Ricardo, Osmany, Pancho,Gladis, Osniel et pour tout le reste du personnel qui font de cet hôtel un endroit très chaleureux et bien agréable.

Hotelový komplex se skládá z dvoupodlažních domků, zasazených do pečlivě udržovaného parku s třemi bazény, barem, jevištěm. Personál hotelu je milý a přívětivý.

Espectacular estancia, tres maravillosos días. Muchas gracias al personal, por tratar asi de bien a los clientes, en especial a Jesus, Martha y Amanda. Martha hace que el bar de la piscina sea el lugar mas agradable del hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias, la playa espectacular y la comida muy buena. Aún siendo temporada baja el servicio es increíble! Ha sido un placer estar en este hotel. Cualquier duda o problema que hemos tenido se ha solventado gratificantemente. Muchas gracias!

El hotel esta muy bien en general. Fuimos con un poco de miedo a lo que pudiésemos encontrar tras la situación por la que Cuba esta pasando. Leímos muchos comentarios de todo tipo asi que preferimos vivirlo en primera persona. Fuimos 3 amigas desde España y solo podemos decir que volveremos sin dudarlo. El hotel en general esta bastante bien, muy tranquilo y equipado con lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Lo mejor del hotel sin dudarlo son los trabajadores, cabe destacar a Yosley. Destaca por sus pasión a su trabajo y felicidad en todo momento. El mejor boton de hoteles que hemos conocido hasta el día de hoy, desde que te recibe hasta el fin de tu estancia. Gracias a todo el equipo!

Viajamos en julio 2023 y tuvimos una experiencia increíble! Es temporada baja asique había muy poca gente y por eso había restaurant cerrado. Pese a eso el animador Yoenis fue lo más!! Súper buena onda y le puso todo para que la pasemos lindo! Recomiendo mucho!
