Playa Vista Mar

We only visited this resort for a few hours but were blown away.
We were staying at another resort but wanted to take a peek. We were allowed to stay for a few hours and enjoy their beautiful beach. Amazing beach ! They even gave us drinks and told we could use the catamaran service if we wanted. The staff were amazing, especially a gentleman from customer service named Ramon and his boss ( I am sorry but I forget her name)
Ramon took us to the lunch buffet . I have to say that I have been to Cuba before and this resort has the best food by far. I would recommend this resort just by the food alone but every aspect of the resort is excellent.
This resort is a must stay in my opinion and when it is fully up and running will be one of the best I am sure.
I would like to thank the management for the opportunity to view this gem of a resort and Ramon for the excellent service. He is a great asset to the resort.

Four of us just returned from this resort ,we had a fabulous time, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, the ground's are beautifully landscaped. the staff were all friendly and very accommodating. We have been to Cuba 5 time's, it's hard not to find beautiful beaches but the beach at this resort takes the cake, it was absolutely beautiful and because it's in a cove it's rarely wavy mostly calm or like glass. The food was very good. It is in the first stop for dropping people off at resorts so the drive isn't as long as all the rest of the resort's located on the island. We Highly recommend this resort. Thankyou to all the staff we had a blast !!!!! :)

Best family vacation in tropical paradise at Sercotel. Hotel amenities are modern and beautiful. Our rooms were nice and comfortable. Love the rain showers. Balcony view was spectacular with pink sunsets and blue ocean. Customer service was excellent especially at reception desk. They were very accommodating and caring. A great variety of food but wish they had more a la carte. Drinks were delicious and well done. Definitely coming back especially for the amazing spa next door. Thank you for an wonderful vacation experience at Sercotel!

The hotel is vary nice! Rooms are spacious modern and clean. You have access to various tv channels local and international. Food was great 👌 a lot of choice. Sometimes it was way to salty to my liking. I always had the choice to chose something else on the menu. The bartenders were very good and specially Michel. Everynight there is a dance show 30-45 mn very good dancers and the have an amazing singer. Now the only down side was the beach. It is not great the water is at knee level is the bottom is more clay the sand. The pool makes up for it. Overall very good hotel 👍 i would definitly recommend it

This is most of the way towards being a stunning location in the Cayos. We came here understanding that it was almost complete as a hotel complex and that there is still construction in the area. I would say it's 95% complete and it really is special.

The staff are at another level to any others we have experienced in Cuba. A real attention to details and the food is head and shoulders over other resorts. Great swimming pools, a very enthusiastic kids club and stylish finishing.

We were fortunate to be offered a suite upgrade with ocean views and our room looks out over the ocean, with a living room separating us from the kids room ... Loads of space and again nice detailing.

Would also give a special mention to the entertainment team who go over and above to bring a smile to all.

Absolutely lovely. Food is always meh in Cuba, but you go for the hospitality and beaches, not the food. Accommodations were clean and they accommodated my large family happily.

Best service in Cuba. Renovated facility. Big animation team but most of the time they speak spanish between them. There are places for snorkeling. Rom and cigars degustation. Great Christmas foam party. Live music sometimes on the beach. Wonderful evening show

Enjoyed my stay with my family. The food was not the best for a 5-star hotel, but I survived. The animation team was the best entertaining in the resort.

Hi this resort was super amazing specially with the crew of yusmany and leandro super fun guys and the only crew was very helpful I have no problems other people about this resort!!☺ the entertainment team and their activities are very good thanks a lot
