Wonderful place! Wonderful people! Great entertainment! Always something to do every night :) activities during the day and competitions to win free bottles or gifts! Kid friendly as well, 3 restaurants to reserve for, and one on the beach 140$ for two people. Many extrusions to your liking for decent prices! A lovely resort would definitely visit again !:)

Animation team is great and so nice we enjoyed them so much! They brought fun games and great dancers! They were all approachable and kind 10/10 recommended loved it!! Especially the guy named Baby

Animation was excellent. A lot of enthusiasm and energy. Funny guys, beautiful ladies. Just wonderful. The food on the other hand was very disappointing had little to no flavor. Made us sick. So many people trying to get you to book stuff and buy things. The beach was gorgeous. Pool needs to be cleaned it was really dirty

The animation staff has proven to be quite friendly and inclusive. Always offering a simple smile, an invitation to join in on the game and a spin on the dance floor. Hard working under the sun and heat won’t stop them to make sure your vacation experience is anything less than perfect. An extra shout out to Baby Face and King Zoro for all the fun times.

Animation team saved the whole hotel! They were the best, while the officers were always mad and mad. Animation team didn't give us time to be sad, they all were really great, talkative, nice, fun and always made us laugh! Thank you so much!!!

I was in Dominican Republic in Canoa hotel and I had a great experience there because they have a nice hotel and beautiful great staff, The restaurant and waiters were so good and I had a good experience in the restaurant and the house keeping are very nice, But my best experience was with the animation team because they can make you feel like if you are at home, They were lovely and so kind but the best one for me

I have spent a week in this resort and it was awesome. The entertainments are awesome….. King Zorro & Chris Rock especially! They made my trip so much fun!! Great service, lots of room, lots of chairs available! Highly recommend!!!!

The animation on the hotel is amazing. They are very friendly. Its a pleasure to interact with them. They are always there to assist you with with anything you may need. Its amazing how they are always happy and have a great vibe. No matter what kind of day you are having, once you interact with then you day just gets better.

Very nice and pleasant hotel. Beautiful beach. The animation team is very good. Always with energy and good mood. The rooms are good, although they show some aging. The restaurants are very nice and the food is diverse. However the quality is not great. In general, we really enjoyed our stay.

As soon as we walked into the hotel we were made to feel welcome. The staff are all friendly, the entertainment staff put a lot of effort into making sure everyone has an enjoyable time. Mixed activities to take part in which are all amazing! They also take the time out to speak to you as well! You feel part of the hotel.
The food is fresh and hot, especially the hot counter where they make fresh pasta and eggs etc. would recommend this hotel to any one.

Absolutely love this resort, friendly workers. The food is amazing this is our second time to this resort and we are planning to come again next year. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been too. The entertainment is amazing. Definitely suggest for anyone to come and stay here.

Baby was by far the best entertainer I have ever met whilst being on holiday. He always included everyone and was always friendly, I have never felt so comfortable around a holiday worker before, whenever I felt like I needed help he would help me to the best of his ability. His work was always consistent and he was always full of energy.

I love this hotel! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment is really good, lots for everybody to enjoy. The show last night was hilarious, so funny, original and the audience could get involved. Alejandro is a brilliant host and has a great team around him, including Bunny. Will definitely be back one day

My first time in the Dominican republic, and I have to say it was one of the best trips I’ve ever went on. The staff here work extremely hard, and are so kind. My room was very clean but I will say the Wi-Fi can be spotty at certain times depending where you are. Shower was super hot and nice. The food was amazing. Having a Buffet every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. With your stay, You get three restaurant reservations. They said it was all booked up but after talking to guest services, they booked us in and it turned out to not be busy at all. This resort had many animals, including cats, all types of birds like turkeys and peacocks. There was no language barrier as I only speak English. They really make an effort to try to understand you even with lots of French and Spanish-speaking people, but I didn’t experience difficulties. The resort had many families and older couples but the “club” lounge was filled with dancing and young people. Great performances every night. Your room can get cleaned every day and for the most part, they answer the phone at front desk. The minimart was really helpful when I needed to get certain items. Beach was beautiful and many spots to get seats. No complaints would definitely come back.

Amazing time at this beautiful resort. People were friendly and genuine. 10/10 for one of the worker Frandy Derose that was always making sure that we were happy and pleased with our experience. If I were to come back to this resort it would definitely be because of that man!

Entertainment is excellent! I had the most impressive tennis lesson with Manuel the Tennis Pro! He started with the forms and mechanics of tennis and by 15 mins I felt like a tennis pro! He was an excellent teacher and I should know because I teach as well. Mani is amazing and encouraging and I really learned new skills in tennis. Thank you Mani!!!!

I gave 5 only because of the animation team and nice, friendly staff.
The room was always good cleaned and staff were took care about any issues we had. Air conditioner was really loud and old. Room s also needed renovation. One main pool was in renovation so there was a noise , bar pool between pools was closed. We enjoyed food at restaurants we booked in advance

We've had a great time staying here this week. It's been a great experience getting away. The animation team was especially good.
