Viva Dominicus Palace by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive

We're almost at the end of our trip.we have had a lovely time and we're well looked after by all staff.our room was lovely just on the beach.great selection of restaurants and bars,bars o.n the beach too!! All soft drinks you can help yourself and wine and beer too yo You just need the bars for cocktails freshly made.

Loved this place! staff where amazing, its an older resort but still clean, can't help the humidity!
Pool was fantastic and going over to the beach side was great! we had fantastic service the pharmacist Erika was incredible we got our SIM cards and the helped my husband with water in his ear!
Would highly recommend this place!!

My family and I have used several times the facilities of Viva Wyndham by purchasing day passes when in Dominicus. We enjoyed very much our visits every time. Staff is very warm and welcoming, the food is delicious, the beach is beautiful. There are many fun activities throughout the day. This hotel is always our first choice when in Dominicus. We feel at home and among friends.

Stayed for 2 weeks brilliant place staff friendly only downfall really was not much entertainment here as it was mainly down the sister hotel and the bedding wasn't changed in the last week other than that amazing especially yonathan what a pleasant young man with a great attitude towards us english top bloke

Today I returned home with my family after a really very good 2-week holiday in this place. I highly recommend it. Work on cleaning the rooms and it will be great. I miss you already.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic room sizes, beautiful Carribbean beach (north and east coast of the Dominican are not actually Carribbean) so this area for me, is a cut above the rest. It's also less busy than punta cana for example. The staff are very friendly, they've looked after us really well and exceeded our demands. We are here with a 6 month old and the whole resort has been perfect for him, so well laid out and easy to navigate. Food has been fantastic and I really can't recommend the place enough.

This is a great place to relax. The resort is quite big, you have several options to eat, to relax on the beach, different pools or sport activities. I enjoyed Ocean Cayak and Stand Up Paddle every day.

Location and the beach is to die for. We loved every second of our 14days holiday. Staff are very friendly. Missed them already. Would strongly recomend

It was beautiful I experienced was great. All the workers from the bar to the dancing via membership day was wonderful. The property was kept clean the room was done beautifully and clean we kept clean towels. And I want to thank you for the very great experience that I have had in the Dominican Republic. It is a chance that I can come back and visit again.

A truly beautiful setting. A compact hotel you can get across easily to enjoy the pools, bars and buffets spread along the sea front with amazing views. The activities for kids were great with a fab kids club, complete with a pool and sprinklers, opportunities to try a trapeze and mini disco.

The a' la carte restaurants in our experience weren't good for children, with one place refusing a child food. When food did come the food was often not as good as the food available in the buffet. Though the setting was often better.

Information was often hard to get especially about what was on and what times. Which was frustrating.

But the real problem was the complete lack of WiFi. An enforced social media break is good. But if there is anything you had to do you'd be completely stuck. Not a hotel for anyone who needs to work on vacation.

Very nice hotel ,but the standard rooms weren't that good.
Otherwise the food is great and you can even do snorkeling at the beach resort from the shore

It is a very good hotel I found the personnel to be very friendly and the food in buffet great. For the a la carte the Mexican and the Dominican one are awesome. The site is enormous since it merge with viva Wyndham Beach seamlessly you can stop anywhere for bar, beach or pool. Would recommend it thoroughly. Not much wave too which was good for my young daughter.

I liked the organized and beautiful scenery within and outside the hotel. The buffets and restaurants provided very delicious foods. The signs and the pathways of the entire property made it easy to locate places that I wanted to find and go to. I was so glad I brought my scuba gear; there were hundreds of beautiful fish in the water!!
Only downside was that there were very few english speaking tourists so the staff would begin speaking in French, German or Italian and we kind of felt that they were not big fans of Americans in general. The resort gets very quiet at night and it's very peaceful to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves.

Amazing resort, easy to understand all the positive reviews and awards. So glad we came. Service amazing, everyone so friendly, so clean and incredible accessible for everyone. A great family resort for everyone. Sun is out, ocean very warm, gorgeous beach! I'm here why aren't you?!

One of the best Hotels in Bayhibe. The beach is awesome with so many palms.
All the workers here try there very best for the guests and the Service is awesome.
Many nice excursiones!

Great resort, there are many swimming pools and more or less 10 restaurants. Every night you can eat in a different restaurant and enjoy the cousine of Mexico, Italy, Dominican Republic, Asia etc..
I would definitely go there again!
The all inclusive formula is great, if you want you can eat and drink all day and night!
Very nice animation staff, they speak many languages and organize shows every night and sport activities all day.
There are also many excursions, we attended the Saona excursion and it was very nice!

Room: always clean. The cleaning lady always smile and friendly.

Food: Amazingly delicious and overwhelming. The buffet is so big from breakfast to dinner and everything is so delicious and fresh. Kudos to the chef and staff in the kitchen and of course the waiters and waitresses for doing a great job. I love the coffee. Its very important for me to have a nice coffee in the morning and it tastes so great! The bar area is also great with wide selection of drinks! The bartenders are nice and cool. A la carte restaurants are must-try! We lived in the Palace so we were able to book for all of them and the food is amazingly good. The best restaurant for my husband and I was The Atlantis. Food was perfect and its the only restaurant where the waiter asked us if we want to take a 5-10 minute break before serving the dessert. It was very nice to have a short break before eating further. So we can enjoy the food and not just eat-and-go.

Activities: You will never get bored. There are so many activities in the hotel that you can choose. From zumba to water sports. The staffs are very good in entertaining guests. My husband and I went to many excursions and the tour guides are very friendly and approachable. The only thing I would suggest is to have toilet breaks during excursions especially the whole day excursions. The best excursion we had was the Dominicus bus. The tour guide was so cool and funny that everyone in the bus became good acquiantances during and after the excursion. You also get to know the history of the first Dominican people, the Tainos.

Overall. The hotel is very great. My husband and I would loved to come back again. I would just suggest that some staffs should also be able to speak other languages because not all guests can talk spanish. There are many times I helped some staffs in the boutiques interpret for the guests because they cant talk english. Other than that, everything is great.

It's so lovely here! Great customer service, great people, great beach, and great hobie cat sailing! SO many palm trees! Beautiful resort (2 in one) and wonderful restaurants! Really recommend this all-inclusive!

Very good experience..very good price/quality report. All inclusive ment free acess to 4 restaurants self-service and 5 a la carte restaurant.
Snacks and trimis from all the best, activitatea like dance course, spanish courses, archery..so many thinks to do..
Normaly I should give the four stars, but due to the kindness and high professional profile I should give them five.

The cleaning lady was aldo nice and helpful and all the staff of the 7restaurants I server the mele.. .Good for them . The only problem were the furniture in the room..they are not update..I only slept tkere so it doesnt bouthered me to much!! But should be consider!! An extraordinary place to swim..large sand beach and clear water
