I have a great vacation with my family in this hotel. From the first day hotel services show big professionalism to all details. Hotel room was very good clean an nice. Reception, bar and all other facilities doing their job very well . I will recommend this hotel to everyone. My mark to this hotel 5 star.

This is another awesome vacation at Iberostar Hacienda. It never disappoints. The beach is stunning, the grounds, the food, drinks and service are excellent. The entertainment staff are amazing and always engaging in activities. Alex (Sacha) and Slim are the best, made this vacation the dream. Very much recommend this place!

Iberostar is a fantastic hotel! I went with my family and we all had a great time. The location is beautiful the food and drinks were great and the staff was very friendly and caring. Kelvin was such a good time, always making sure were were having fun and taken care of so I highly recommend looking for him when you get to the resort. I will definitely be back!

The entertainment is top notch! I’ve been here 3 times this year and it hasn’t disappointed once. So sweet and genuine. Tormenta, Slim, Sexy Black, Way and Alex are incredible humans.

A nice spot for having the best holidays ever. We like the hospitality, beach, food, animation and the place itself. Lots of things to do and lots of space to relax. Will come back again!

AMAZING 😍 this was my husband and I's first trip to this resort and the experience was like none other. The staff are so friendly. The food was amazing. The beach and ocean views are spectacular! Can't wait to visit this place again!!!

Great hotel. Beach is beautiful-clear waters no seaweed. Food is yummy. Large portions in restaurants. Entertainment/animation team is great-they are always energetic and bringing everyone into the fun. Way (from animation) was especially friendly and attentive. She has a super fun energy and includes everyone and she will teach you how to dance! We had great service everywhere in the restaurants, bars, buffet. Paulino, Altagracia, Alberto, Patricia -showed us particular special attention. We really enjoyed our anniversary trip at Iberostar!

This was a very nice stay the beach and pool were beautiful and everyone there was so freindly the food was good but could be improved I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, also the drinks at the bars were delicious. They also had a archery competition wich was very cool

We had a great time as first time visitors. The location is great, I would recommend learning a bit of soanish before coming here, but the staff are still very friendly and welcoming. The beach was the best part

This is my second time to this resort. Came with my family members, who have been here 4 times before. We were treated like family by all the staff here (especially Tony, Fauri, Jesus and Wanda). Most people are pleasant and happy to see you as you’re walking down the hallway or sitting down at a table.

The ocean is AMAZING, and is one of the biggest reasons why we came here.

The food does get a bit repetitive, but that’s the name of the game at an all inclusive. The upside is, is that the food actually tastes pretty good, especially when compared to some of the other resorts that’s I’ve been too

I can’t recommend this resort enough and this is definitely mine and my family’s go to resort for our future trips

This place has been renovated and they have some many new upgrades. Their rooms are amazing. The light house is a must see and experience to take photos and to see the sun go down. When I went a few weeks ago it was very quiet. This location does except children but I have to say their was no children when I toured this resort. I can not wait to come back in 2024 for my companies Wellness Retreat.

Beautiful location, beach suitable for kids. One hour cab ride from Punta Cana
Food was 3- 4 stars, especially the specialty restaurants. Live music in the evenings was nice. Entertainment shows and disco 3 stars.
Pools were nice. Well-kept place.
No disposable plastic use. Filtered water in refillable bottles only. This was quite amazing for me to see accomplished.

I really enjoyed my stay here , the atmosphere was good and welcoming. The animation staff made sure there were fun activities to do each day and it was very interesting.

We were there just before xmass 2023. Food, staff, grounds, beach....you name it ..excellent. we have been to dr 9 times and this is the best hotel we have stayed at. Great for couples and families. Not so much for the younger single crowd who should stay in Punta Cana. Will return for sure, 10 days but could have stayed over 2 weeks. Ps. Internet everywhere.
