Been staying here for years!! Security is tight, great place but wish they would clean beach more often. Other than that , beautiful. Especially the apartment I stay in!! Belleza

Beautiful place, well kept. The beach and the pool are clean. The personnel is extremely helpful. Restaurant outside of the complex are affordable and the food very good. We rented an apartment on Tower 3, 7-13 the owner keeps the apartment clean, updated, beautiful decor, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen, 3 tvs. The view is amazing.
Cons: The restaurant inside of the apartment complex is very pricey, and the quality isn't up to the price they to charge.

I loved Marbella. Place was clean with a playground for my toddler in good condition. 2 very spacious pools. Food was good and prices were decent. Only downsize was they didn't have fresh fruit juices available, something i found unforgettable being on an island. Other than that perfect family place.

I stayed this past weekend with a group of friends and we are super satisfied we the amenities of the place. Our apartment was in fantastic location facing the beach and pool. Hands down to the entire staff specially to Yovanny in the Lobby awesome guy. We will definitely go back there.

Great place. Gorgeous view from any floor. Beach is private but too many rocks in the beach. I enjoyed the pool so much more. Food was ok. Nice set up. Parking for your car inside the building. Your room number has a parking spot with your room number assigned to it. KeyCode entry to your room. Overall it’s great for privacy.

Highly recommend the Xeliter Marbella in Juan Dolio! The beach is absolutely beautiful. The water clear and clean. The Marbella apartments are magnificent (mine had a balcony looking out over the water!) The staff and security are excellent. Good restaurants on the main strip. Groceries and lots of fresh fruit available so you don't have to eat out for every meal. There is a bar/restaurant right off the beach area next to a lovely and very large swimming pool. Could not ask for more. Perfect place for a Caribbean vacation. FIVE STARS!!!

Beautiful location, near Santo Domingo and Las Americas Airport. Great getaway for those from Santo Domingo if you don't want to drive all the way to Punta Cana. Family friendly, and secure at all times. No portable speakers or boom boxes, alcohol are allowed in the pool area. Have stayed here three times and plan for more.

Super amazing place to stay and enjoy the beach. It's not as crowded as hotels. Even if you have to do your cooking its well worth it. Will definitely come back if I have the chance.

I loveeeeeeee Marbella this is my 3rd time here and as always this place is truly paradise. The pool is super cleaned, beach is amazing, employees are super kind, and the food is omg the best. U hope to continueto return here for as long as I can.

I really really like this place. This place is top notch top of the line. I wouldn’t buy a place here because of the various construction issues and the maintenance issues and it cost a lot of money to pay the maintenance here every month but for a renter or for vacation or this place is ideal. I find it to be much more better and comfortable then staying in a resort. If you like to see lots of people then go to a resort but if you kind a want to have the place to yourself then stay at a place like this in a private condominium. You’ll find that the owners are usually working during the week and come here on the weekend so you have a nice quiet time during the week and you see A few people on the weekend which is nice. The restaurant is very very good the food is amazing. The pools are fantastic. The security is very good. The beach is very nice indeed it is very nice it is shallow there are no waves not big ones anyway. You can’t go too far out there are some rocks it seems that they blasted away the rocks in this area in front of the condo so that you can swim but it is definitely a large swimming area. There are many restaurants on the street of all different kinds, Italian, Dominican, Pizza, and much more. There’s an amazing Italian deli down the block which is great. There are many owners who rent their apartment through Juan DolionReal Estate, theme selfs, ok Airbnb and via the condo management. So take your pick as to which route you would like to go. If you shop around you can deathly find good prices. I would not recommend staying on anything lower than the third-floor although I personally prefer the fifth floor and up due to more privacy. On the lower floors people at the pool and such can see almost right in the apartment. There is a gym in the basement. They were shopping in the town at Jumbo in San Pedro. There are local small stores and just about everybody will also deliver to the condo. You can come inside this place and really you don’t even feel like you’re in the Dominican republic you feel like you’re in another world of paradise. I highly recommend coming here even though the price is expensive it’s totally worth it. I found that you can rent this place for a month for just a few hundred more than what it cost to rent it for a week which is about $1500-$1800. So it may be worth it to rent it for a whole month depending how long you’re staying. The only catch is they charge you extra for electricity so watch how you run the air conditioner or can be a few hundred dollars depending on your stay. And one week I was easily running up $100 on the air-conditioner.

Beautiful place.....great staff...(Julio was excellent!!). The food was good, prices very reasonable. Would have liked to know that we would have been provided with toiletries. But still 5 star service!!!!!!

Great place for relaxing. Private enough without feeling isolated, picturesque; friendly staff and reasonable prices. My favorite getaway here so far.

Excellent views right on the beach, very spacious clean 2 bedroom/2 bath modern decor apartment with full kitchen amenities, fully furnished balcony, overlooking pool and sea, onsite restaurant, concierge, free wifi and cable

I recommend this place to everybody. The amenities in this place are beyond your expectations to share with your family and kids.
