2. Luck of coordination or team work
3. Sufficient parts are not available on the stock and delayed parts transition
4. Time mostly delaying too much let.
5. Labor cost more exaggerate, if possible amend leave of maintenance A, B, c and D leavel toomuch cost. ......and so on.

We are the best customers in this company.we choice it by better genuine spare parts and technical work.

As of a customer with Moinco i am intersting to mention the below comments for Moinco Branch 2 at Bahirdar:

Branch 2

Strong side:
*Customer handling is very nice
*Work environment is also quite silent. It is not noice and it is vety comfortable to customer
*Documentation and payment receipt is very clear and neat
*Complian handling, and problem soving is really apreciated from company Manger side(Specially Ato Mesfin)
*Workers are very concerned to thier own job and very listner for any issue from customer side
*Time management and service appointment is quite good
*With in a day the car service is ready to customers with full service/e.g car wash
*After service, i had never come across complian on the service so that quality of service is seems to be good.

Weak side;

For the moment even though i can not rember and observe a significant weak side on this branch, i think the number manpower might not be fair enough. Because i have got an experience of one day due to absent of one worker, my apointment has postponed to the next day.

Aby ways as company Moinco will be a good model for others regadrding customer service as well.

This is the point what i observe.
