Super cool spot right on the ocean. Beauty black sand. It's not swimmable which is unfortunate but great pool and good food. A bit pricey but worth it. Just went for the day.

Cayman Suites superseded our expectations. We used our points from a membership we got a couple of years ago, and the process went smoothly. All the staff from Security, Reception, Kitchen, Restaurant, and Maintenance were very professional and helpful during our stay.

The location of Cayman Suites is right in front of the beach, and the combination of all, the Pacific Ocean, their facilities, rooms, and ambient delivers the perfect vacation from any visitor from any country.

We loved this place! The level of luxury you feel for the price is un matched. Pretty cheap hotel and you get a gorgeous beach side retreat. I was nervous about some reviews mentioning roaches in the rooms… but I assure you we had NO issues with that, or any other bugs in the room. Everything was clean and beautiful. Two gorgeous, warm pools. Night swimming, day swimming, always very clean. We personally saw them cleaning the pools every night/morning. The rooms were clean and the beds were AO COMFORTABLE. I stay in lots 3 and 4 star hotels and have never experience such a comfortable hotel bed. I will say the hot water doesn’t stay hot for long so shower quickly but I was pleased that there was hot water. (I live in Guatemala and have vacationed in other hotels in Monterrico and elsewhere where hot water is not the norm). some other reviews mentioned very pricey food, and slow service in the dining room… in our experience we didn’t have an issue with any of that. When we ate at the restaurant we were always greeted within 30 seconds of being seated and our food was brought promptly. And we didn’t find the food to be that expensive … a nice chicken and pasta fish for around $11… seafood dishes for around $15 dollars… breakfast for $10 ish … nothing crazy at all! The most expensive thing offered was a crocodile and seafood soup that was $33 dollars. We just didn’t order that… the bar tender at the swim up bar was quick to make us drinks as well.
Overall incredible experience. Will be returning and I highly recommend. We spent four days there, eating and drinking A LOT and spent around $500 the entire trip. For the price you CANT BEAT IT.

I loved this place. You can see the sea from the pool, that's a plus. The staff was really nice and the room was clean. The food is a little pricey but the portions were big and the flavor was beyond expected. I only stayed for 1 night but I'm already planning my next trip and will definitely stay for longer next time. 😌

Beautiful... absolutely beautiful resort... We did not stay here...just an excursion from our cruise ship..but the staff was amazing!!! The pool was awesome and the beach was magnificent...with black sand

Amazing place to stay. This is our second time and we will definitely be back. The staff is amazing. Especially Roberto. He made a huge impression in 2018, & again in 2022. My absolute favourite place to stay.

This place is beautiful! Great swimming pool right on the beach with a large shallow area for the kids. Good food and drinks accessible poolside. Room was generously spacious and clean. Very nice getaway spot.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at cayman suites , rooms and hotel are very clean they do their best effort to keep it clean , you can have breakfast and dinner in front the sea and that feels so nice I would come back to this place and I would recommend it to a friend

Great location, right on the beach. The amenities are a bit outdated, but everything was great. It would be great, if the directions how to access the hotel would be improved.
