Dos Mundos Pacific Resort

Beautiful cabanas, looks better than the pictures. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful relaxing resort. We went with a large group and we had a great time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, it included a jacuzzi, did t get warm but was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The drinks at the bar were amazing and very tropical. We were able to see the sun rise and set, so gorgeous. We will be back and can’t wait. Sand was black! So cool!

Absolutely breathtaking cozy cabanas and amenities like the Infiniti pool, kiddie pool & beach bar. I stopped by for a few drinks and it was very peaceful on a Wednesday, so I’m assuming it gets really pumping on the weekends. I gotta say that as beautiful as it was I’d still prefer to rent a whole secluded beach house like Villa Nonna located in El Concaste just 36 min away from here where we ultimately chose.

This resort was fantastic! I loved the pools and restaurants on the beach! The service was amazing! The food was delicious. Highly recommend. The drinks were very good also. Only down fall for me where the mosquitoes, I sat in the hammock and had a ton of bites. Bring spray.

Gorgeous resort, very friendly staff, three nice outdoor pools (one reserved for children), open restaurant with view of beach, spacious rooms, impeccably clean. Nighttime dips in the pool were so relaxing and enjoyable.

My only complaints is walking to other restaurants or bars is not easy or pedestrian friendly - the hotel should have a complimentary Tuk Tuk to shuttle people around, and the beach needs to be cleaned up of all the plastic bottles, discarded flip flops, and trash. It looks very clean next to the shore but there are lots of areas where trash is abundant and an eyesore.

Great atmosphere, staff is really nice and friendly, and the facilities have recently been renovated. The two big pools are great to enjoy the beach vibes while also social-distancing from the other guests. Their piña coladas are a must, and you should also try their shrimp ceviches.

If you read this the lasagna is BIG enough for 2 people. Delicious Delicious delicious. Take a moment to enjoy the lamps hanging from the main restaurant rancho.

Dos mundos lives to its reputation with stunning grounds, clean rooms, beautiful gardens and delicious food right on the beach! We had a fantastic stay and wonderful memories as we got to release baby turtles right on location. The restaurant is superb and the drinks are extra-ordinary (see my pic of señor Piña colada). The beach in Monterrico is probably one of the nicest in Guatemala with it's beautiful nutrient-rich black sand. Activites such as horseback riding, manglar tours and fishing are offered in the hotel. It is defenetly worth the visit!

2nd time there, rooms are nice and clean, food is delicious. Had the
ceviche. Pools are nice and right on the beach. Will be back

Hermoso lugar y excelente atención.
Considero que sería bueno cambiar el objeto que ayuda a sostener toallas dentro de la regadera, ya que en varias ocasiones se cayó. Todo lo demás me parece excelente.

Todas sus instalaciones muy bonitas, comida, bebidas, etc... espero volver muy pronto.
Lo recomiendo...🤗
