Nice little getaway. The staff was super friendly and inviting. The restaurant has an amazing chef. Food was incredible! Stayed here 2 nights, ate breakfast lunch and dinner which did not disappoint. Prices are reasonable.
Pool was perfect temp. One for adults, once for children.
Perfect location as its only feet away from the ocean.

What a lovely find! The restaurant is right on the beach and has enough vegan/vegetarian options. I loved their broccoli and lentil soups and their mixed salad. Drinks were strong and reasonably priced as well.

The place is ideal for a stay the staff is very friendly and nice, the ocean is right in front of the restaurant, my wife and I had dinner with the view of the ocean right in front of us, the food is the best, whether early for breakfast or dinner is always very good…

Wonderful hotel. Pools, great restaurant, lovely owner, Diana and her spouse. Highly recommend staying here.

Spent a lovely weekend in Monterrico and ended up eating at Playa Saltamonte 3 times because it was so good. We especially enjoyed the camarones al ajillo, the pasta, and all of the drinks (the strawberry margs and watermelon smoothies were our fav!) Saltamonte was cheaper and had higher quality food than the other restaurants in the area. Will definitely come again next time we're in Monterrico!

Stopped by here for lunch on the way to Maya Jane and glad I did. Restaurant here is really good, did not expect that left of craft with the baby pulpo, just wish there was more of it!

The most comfy and homie place you can fine in monte Rico, The owner likes to mix himself in the crowd to see the quality of the service, and the staff is incredible, don’t even get me started on the food… wow delicious and the prices are very accessible, no complaints!everything was perfect.

Bestes Restaurant in Monterrico! Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ort und gingen jeden Tag ins Restaurant Playa Saltamonte essen. Hier kannst Du alles bestellen und es ist einfach himmlisch lecker. Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal TOP und die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich. Gastfreundschaft pur.

Hotel y restaurante a la orilla de la playa. No conocí las habitaciones del hotel, solo las instalaciones de piscina y restaurante. El sábado almorzamos y la comida estuvo muy rica. Los dos meseros muy amables y atentos. Íbamos con nuestro perrito y nos regalaron agua para que tomara. El domingo regresamos y pagamos el day pass, que incluye almuerzo.

El lugar muy tranquilo y limpio. La piscina muy linda también, y tiene muchos ambientes para estar. Un rato la pasamos en las sillas cerca de la piscina y luego nos movimos a las sillas del restaurante con vista al mar. Lo mejor son los columpios que tienen más adelante. Definitivamente regresaría.

Una muy buena experiencia con la variedad de platillos, muy sabrosa la comida con precios moderados, el ambiente es agradable. El servicio del personal está bien. Interesante para poder ir y pasar la noche en su alojamiento. Recomendable con su acceso directo y vista a la playa.

Excelente lugar para pasarla bien, apreciar la fauna, ver increíbles atardeceres y comer rico.

Kleines Hotel mit 6 Zimmern unter Schweizer Leitung. Hat grosses Schwimmbad. Hotelführung legt viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Service. Hat Bar mit Restaurant. Essen ist gut. Geeignet für Leute, die Ruhe suchen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es Hängematten, um den Strand zu geniessen. Sprache deutsch und spanisch. Empfehlenswert.
