You can't actually surf in monterrico the beach is not made for it. But if you go to the website or phone nummer of monterrico surf on google maps you will find the number of brian. Brian is a nice guy with pretty good english. You can watsapp or call him for surf lessons, weakboarding behind a boat, padle boarding and many more activities. These activities are not in monterrico but in maya yade surf camp wich is located 30 minutes away from montericco. Brian does offer transportation if needed.

Me and my sister did a surf lesson and it was very fun and we learned a lot. The beach is really nice for beginners but also for other skill levels.

Awesome experience, we did paddle boards and hung out at the Maya Jade beach club. Bryan was really nice and patient. I would highly recommend using them!
