Apartments Melany

Me and my friend travelled around Adriatic coast in August this year (2023) exploring areas south of new Peljesac Bridge, in particular wanted to see impact of new bridge connection on touristic development to Peljesac peninsula destinations as well as to the most southern coast area ending at border with Montenegro.
In order to do so effectively we decided to find accommodation somewhere in the middle and by lucky coincidence i found this most beautiful place - Melany Apartments!
Our hosts Nikoleta and her family made our stay so pleasant and confortable that from the first moment we felt at home.
Beside this, micro location of apartments could not be better! Located most conveniently in beautiful Krušica bay, reached by tarmac road leading to private free parking, just at the well mainteined and very clean private beach.
Apartments are new, spacious, airy, naturaly wentilated, clean, beds are very confortable with proper linen, lots of quality towels...
Kitchen is fantastic! Equipment is new, in good working condition and all kitchen utesiles are in abundance!
Fully airconditioned, free internet.

Beautiful place, excellent for swimming. We ended up wishing we'd stayed there a little longer.
The room was clean, but unfortunately there was no air vent from the bathroom, other than the door that opened into the kitchen 😅. The area around our room specifically was mostly shared with the neighbours, which left little in the way of intimacy.
All in all though, we were very happy with the accommodation and the location in itself, which is within driving distance from Dubrovnik and Split.

We had an amazing time in Croatia and staying at apartments Melany was one of the best bits, it is such a nice peaceful base to stay at. It is close to lots of things to see and do but is also perfect to come home to and relax at after, the terrace is great to read a book with a glass of wine and there is good access into the sea that is better than any hotel pool ! We were also given some lovely gifts by our host which put a real smile on our faces and is so unexpected but welcomed.

The nearest village/town is Slano a 3minute drive away so I recommend a hire car as the restaurants are great. You are also really close to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina which is really worth a visit. Especially the cave system about half hour from the apartments and then to Mostar about an hour and a half away.

Please don't hesitate to stay here at apartments melany. It is a beautiful location and the host is fantastic, couldn't say a bad word.

Appartamenti di vario genere,noi nella dépendance,pulito e attrezzato di tutto. Mare bello e limpido praticamente in casa,panorami eccezionali soprattutto al tramonto,bella terrazza e bella piattaforma con lettini e ombrelloni.Rilassante.Consigliatissimo.
