Poolaka restaurant

We have such an amazing day, the restaurant is PERFECT.
The food is another level, the service is incredible, the atmosphere is fantastic.
They have a huge beautiful pool in front of the sea….
And big parking in the restaurant that even caravans can park there, it’s TOOOO PERFECT.

Located in the marina this is a very smart little venue. Food was great, and service the most efficient and professional we've had in the Dubrovnik riviera. Chill but not obtrusive music. Lovely to eat looking out at the busy marina with the scent of climbing jasmine all around. Top tip: take your towel and swimming gear if the weather is good. You'll soon see why.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere even better. The waiters are young, cheerful and smiling, helpful. You don't have to wait long for food. We ate tuna steak, calamari rings and an octopus burger, which is also the best I've ever tried. I would say the best octopus buger in Dubrovnik area. Definetly something you should try.

We only came across this place second last day of our holiday and spent our second last night and last day here. Was a nice wynd down to what was a busy active holiday. Amazing service, beautiful food, delicious cocktails and great pool facilities for the kids. We also got to enjoy some Live entertainment after our evening meal that was a bonus.

Had one of the best burgers in Dubrovnik surroundings. Tasty, balanced and not too complicated. Area and clientele is a mix of families with yachties. Relaxed. Will definitely come again.

Terrific restaurant! The wait staff was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the prices were reasonable.
We explored the city of Dubrovnik for the day, and looked at some of the food prices, and it was just so over priced in the Tourist trap city. We drove 25 minutes out to get to this quaint little spot, and were not disappointed. The burgers and fries are excellent and a decent drink list. Give it a try!

Edit - if you’re not staying at the resort, make sure you keep your receipt and bring it to the receptionist. You won’t need to pay for parking then.

The best restaurant in the area! Food was delicious. Catch of the day fish we had was flawless, fresh, tasty, simply amazing. The prices are very fair given the quality you get, true value for money! Our kids had fantastic burgers and they really enjoyed it! We also met the owner, extremely kind and charismatic person who made our visit special and unforgettable! What a nice lad. We will definitely come back. Thank you ❤

Really good food, lovely pizza and wine, the service was brilliant & the atmosphere was nice and relaxed, lovely location by the water!

Lovely hospitality, music, food and drinks! Really great to relax and have a swim with a beer.

Service was amazing, very attentive but not overbearing. Food was great!! Easily one of the best burgers I’ve every had, I’d come back just for a burger. My wife and family had seafood, they said it was very good, fresh and cooked to perfection. If you’re ever in Slano, or Debrovnik (worth the drive) come eat here!!

Fantastic resturaunt and owner Surjo went out of his way to make our experience special. Right by the pool (great for kids) and beautiful view of the marina and the bay at sunset. The food was fantastic and plentiful, I am looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future! All of the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. Can cater to large groups no problem, the quality of the food did not suffer at all. We'll be back! Look no further for a great meal in Slano!

I recently had an amazing dining experience at Poolaka. The food was absolutely fantastic, bursting with flavors and made with high-quality ingredients. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff added to the overall charm, making it a must-visit spot for food lovers.

Great food, excellente service, amazing atmosphere

We had a great evening here with our family. The food is fresh and tasty and the staff really friendly. Our kids were also super happy with their meals which made our night that much more enjoyable.

If this was our local restaurant, we would come back every week.

Vibe: family friendly, outdoor restaurant, excellent food, wine and superb hospitality. Only opened 11 days ago, and already an excellent restaurant

Home-made bread and olive oil. The best bread we’ve had since Paris. The oil, full flavoured, fragrant and subtle. This is proper quality olive oil.

Are the oysters fresh? Watched a video of the owner harvesting the oysters 2 hours before we ate them. Freshly shucked. OMG Gorgeous.

Food: Limited but quality menu. We had the oysters and tuna steak, both excellent.

Service: super friendly family style service. Was a pleasure to watch the father mentoring his daughter.

Wine: excellent wine list, with a range of quality and value wines by glass and bottle

Allergies? No problem. One of the owners’ children has food allergies, and they know exactly what to do

Location: A bit hard to find, follow Google Maps. Right on the harbour for a lovely sunset. The unique experience includes a pool for the kids to swim in next to the restaurant. Lovely.

We had an amazing meal here. The food is delicious, the staff super friendly and the view onto the sea and ships from the terrace is beautiful. Will go back for sure, and can highly recommend.

Great place to have a drink or grab some food. Delicious meals especially burgers, pizza, tuna steak. Portion size won’t leave you hungry at the end.
