Very cool places especially for Yoda fans. We went in the morning and no one was there, but you can tell it can probably get quite busy at time. Had fun walking around, taking photos. Worth a stop. It’s off the main road (1), and you can hit it after Vik (heading east) or on your way back.

Very cool stop if your driving along the ring road. The road is gravel/rock and a bit bumpy. We had a 4x4 and were fine. See video of road for reference. If your uncomfortable driving the road l, there were a few spots it looked likr you could park to the side out of the way and walk up. The large parking area if right next to the cave, making it very easy to access. The cave itself is not very deep, but very cool to see nonetheless!

We went there in the evening during sunset, the light was beautiful, this place is having a soul I would say (Its said that there was living monk).

Yoda Cave! Came here in the early evening as part of a tour group and there was nobody here, we had the entire cave to ourselves. Very cool location, especially at sunset.

To get to this cave you will need to drive on a gravel road right off of Route 1 and it will take you right up to the cave where you can park and without a hike walk right up to it. It is a short drive. You do not need a 4x4 but you will need to drive slow and be careful to avoid potholes. This cave is very worth seeing. It looks more like Yoda more from the inside looking out. You don’t want to miss this stop.

Five stars but not because of Yoda shaped cave. There is black volcano desert around and two big rocks nearby. The view is outstanding <3

Cool spot only 5-7 minutes drive from the main highway and well worth the picture! We managed fine on the rugged road in our tiny SUV (Toyota CHR). It's adjacent to a parking area so no distance to walk.

beautiful place. one of my favorite spots we saw. the “yoda” cave is special but the rest of the area was even more astounding and interesting and awe-inspiring. some quiet and solitude compared to other places we visited.

Such an awesome experience. Worth the stop. The Yoda cave is so beautiful. There was a raven there when we stopped. He didn't seem passed by the people at all!

Cool cave. Some people think they should pose, jump, and do all sorts of fancy maneuvers for the camera, so it did make taking pictures challenging. It's fine if other people aren't waiting to take pictures but uncool when there are people who don't have time to stand aside and wait for someone else's "perfect" Instagram pic.

The Yoda cave is such a fun stop. Even if you’re not a Star Wars fan you probably know who Yoda is. Really cool view from inside the cave for pics. Worth the short stop for sure.

Called the yoda tunnel because looking from the inside out you can see Yoda. Fun place to roam and see some real but small caves.

Previous reviews say a 4x4 is needed. We made it in with a kia sportage front wheel drive suv. On our way in we saw a much smaller compact car making the drive in slowly. Also happened to follow a all wheel drive tesla in as well. Therefore dont let the drive in steer you away from this cave.

A must see if you are a Star Wars fan!! 5/5 actually looks like Yoda!!!

1/5 stars for the road there. The start of the road is really bad but it's gets a bit better 1-2mins into the road. Just go slow and drive carefully and a normal car can make it.

We did it in a normal campervan.

Cool cave and really quiet long black sand beach. The road is a little rough there but nothing crazy.

The rough road is not too long so I think most cars can make it. Use common sense and avoid the potholes. Quick stop.

Cool cave. Really does look like Yoda which is fun. Practically no one there when we went at 11am on a Thursday. Fun, free activity!

What’s not to love about a cave that looks just like Grogu (or baby yoda). The entry is free and view is stunning, especially and sunrise or sunset, when the sunlight shines perfectly inside the cave and creates beautiful effects! We visited after a snow storm and we were the first visitors of that day! The snow was impeccable and without shoe marks! Just look at the stunning pictures! Don’t miss this cave, especially if you’re a Star Wars fan!

The path to go there is pretty rough, I do not recomend to get there if you don't have a 4x4. The view is amazing and if you have the chance to go early you can see the sunrise from there.
