Awesome location! A long off road drive but it’s worth it. The natural spring is very hot and the two pools are just perfect. There is a changing room and a toilet.

Amazing natural hot spring right off the road and right by the water. Perfect combination of convenience and beauty! If you're lucky like us you'll get it all to yourself!

This is one of my favorite spots in Iceland! We were the only ones there for hours (in early September). The natural pool is super hot and on a sunny day you can just rest in the grass when you take a break from the hot water. There‘s a changing room that‘s pretty clean. Please don’t leave any garbage and if you enjoyed it donate something (there’s a small box).

Great little pool - not commercial, so no fees (and not professionally cleaned) which does not matter as the location, views... pays for itself :)

Lovely, tiny hot spring! Do stop on your way for a quick dip. Of it's a cold summer it feels a bit cold to walk to the pool from the changing room, but you'll feel warm and wonderful afterwards. And go the natural spot a bit further down, not the pool. The natural spring is a lot warmer.

Was driving in the West Fjords last summer and we saw a few parked cars at the side of the road and a man made pool. We decided to stop and I'm very glad we did. I'm from Iceland and know about most natural pools but had never heard about this one. There are 2 pools. One man made with materials and another one made of stones but the water in both of them is naturally from the ground. The weather was amazing when we were there, it was sunny and no wind and we stayed in the natural hot springs for more than an hour, relaxing and having some of our packed lunch. The view of the fjord was non describable. By far one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to.

Great free pool with a stunning panorama on the fjord. Just behind there is also a natural hot spring with water at 40-45°C. There is also a basic changing room. A must on the western fjords.

One of the many hot pools of Iceland. Reykjafjardarlaug is secluded but wonderful. You can either use the natural hot pool (caution: the temperature varies a lot & it can get hot quickly) or you can use the swimming pool which gets the water directly from the source but is maintained at a constant temperature. There are changing rooms near the swimming pool as well.

How can this not be a five star. If you are passing by don’t be a fool and stop. Relax and enjoy nature for a few minutes

Great to drop by here after driving on gravel roads the whole day. There’s a place to get changed. About 100m from the blue pool is the origin of the hot spring, and a smaller pool in the ground which is much hotter!

The hot pot is very hot with a gravel bottom. After much rain, the walk up was muddy, but the soak was great. Went and cooled down a little in the top pool which was filled with families enjoying the pool. Worth a visit. There is a WC and changing rooms.

Hella cool spot in the west fjords. Minimalist type of hot pool that is not crowded and has the best view of the ocean. Must stop if in the area! Small changing room and no shower.
