This was our first guesthouse with shared bathroom and kitchen on our iceland trip, so we were not sure what to expect, but we were positively surprised. The room was clean and cozy with a nice view on the harbour, the 3 bathrooms were all very clean and up to good standard. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and varied, the breakfast room is cozy and stylish. Other guests were respectful and calm, we slept generally very well. The kitchen is a bit small but for the size well equipped.
The friendly and nice receptionist gave us good advices on what to do in the area.
Overall a good experience, we enjoyed our 3-night-stay.

Wonderful one night stay here. Clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast with good choice. Stepanka who was on Breakfast and reception duties was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse for anybody visiting the area.

A charming place, one of the best places we have been to Iceland. Homy decorated and very friendly service. A room facing to the doc. Excellent breakfast.

It is truly a hidden gem. The guesthouse is located in a small village right next to the harbour. Staffs are virtually amazing and warm. Bathrooms always kept clean and dry. Lovely small kitchen for my light dinner. Breakfast comes with plenty of choices. Overall highly impressive and recommend.

Wonderful guesthouse in the beautiful town of Bildudalur. The entire building was the cleanest guesthouse I've ever stayed in. It's honestly cleaner than my house. The staff, especially Sabine, clearly put their heart and soul into this place. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are immaculate, even the shared ones. The breakfast spread is generous and the coffee is delicious. We got lots of suggestions for where to go. A great place to stay all around.

The best place I have stayed at during my 5 days in the Westfjords : Very clean, pretty and modern amenities. Good breakfast as well!
The receptionist is lovely and gave me tons a good tips around the area.

Warm welcome by the owners, who gave us some nice advice for our trip. The room was spacious and decent, and had a beautiful view on the fjord and the harbour. There was a small shared kitchen and there were modern shared bathrooms, all spotless. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely guesthouse. Staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the ones at the back have an excellent view of the port. Breakfast was very good and included in the price

My whole experience with Harbour inn was absolutely the nicest stay! It was my first time traveling to Iceland and the westfjords and the staff at the Harbour Inn made the experience all that much better ! From the lady who checked us who told us about a very nice hot pool in Pollurrin, to the breakfast lady the next morning, to the lady in the shop next door and dinner in the restaurant everything was just so very fabulous! The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. the room even came with a little sink too so you could wash your face or get some water which I usually like to keep next to my bed when I sleep. It was my first time staying in an inn where the bathroom wasn't in the room however none of the rooms were really that far from the bathrooms. Overall a great experience and I would truly recommend Harbour inn Guesthouse to anybody especially for the friendly staff!

It is a nice and cozy guesthouse. Room were very nice and clean. They do have a shared Kitchen with everything that we needed.
Also shared bathroom was nice and clean.

A cozy hotel guesthouse in the westfjords. Very clean and modern rooms. The shared washrooms are also very nice. There is a small kitchenette to cook if you wish. The breakfast spread is quite large.

The receptionist/host was extremely friendly. She took the time to call around to look for open “wilder” hot pools along our route

Great place to stay on our trip through the Westfjords. Does not look like much from the outside, but the interior is modern and clean. Also includes a plentiful breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and recommend the town as a stopover along a tour of the region.

A very nice place with a warm welcome. The room is clean, modern and cosy. Quality equipment (bedding, toiletries, etc). The restaurant next the street serves very good food in the evening in an authentic atmosphere.

Room for 2 with private bathroom was great. Stuff was super nice and provide us with all information and help. Place is great, clean and quiet. It’s a perfect place to start or finish visiting Westfjords. We recommend choosing this place then hotel in Patreksfjordur…it’s only 35min drive but You get better place to rest for les money. In the room You will get also smart TV with Netflix😀

By a happy accident we wandered in here and had breakfast. What a wonderful buffet they had with delicious breakfast. The young girl behind the counter who was Czechoslovakian was one of the nicest people we encountered in all of Iceland. She gave us pointers on things to see and places to go. The guest houses looked immaculate and adorable. Her hospitality made me wish I had stayed here.

Comfy guesthouse with currently 8 rooms and 2 bathrooms / showers. Used to be the 'Steppin stones' B&B and is now operated by new owners who are renovating the place. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good as well, lot of choices. Fridge and cooking plate available. Fancy showers. Would come back.

Staying here gives you the opportunity to see the wild and remote parts of Iceland. The rooms and service are good, and the Icelandic breakfast is delicious.
