Beautiful exhibit. Very nice handicrafts in the museum shop. The salesperson in the shop was very knowledgeable about the house and told us lots of things we would have missed.

Well, if I could pick any house to live in, it would be this one. Until i figure out how to do it, it'll remain a great little museum.

It's like stepping into a time machine into a home from the 18/19th century. All artefacts and stuff are laying in their places and you could imagine that the original homeowners have just stepped outside for a bit.
This is not ideal for young kids, stuff can easily break or shouldn't be touched. But it's worth it if you're into history. I got a pamphlet with information about each room I walked into, the staff told me where to start and work my way from.
